Review that is years in the making. Well here we go. Suno, a popular Taiwanese dessert place known for the their flavored ice dessert and bubble tea drinks. They have so many different options and toppings. You cant go wrong with most options as they all they pretty good. The drinks are decent as well, not the best but not awful either. They have a rewards system where you can sign up and get some deals like BOGO or free suno desserts. Service here is okay. They dont much besides the occasional cleanup. It self serving here as you order and pick up your own stuff. This particular location has been here for years. One of the first in the state as well. Longevity is definitely a good sign. Over the years the place looks have changed but overall their specialties remain the same. Definitely a staple of the area and worth the visit. A lot of you already know that though.

Ive always heard about Suno but had never went to the location itself. Im in my third trimester of pregnancy and been craving for ice-cream. My sister took me there and we shared the Volcano shaved ice that was soooo fulfilling! I do admit that the staff was not friendly. I stood in front of the register just staring at the girl for a few seconds waiting for her to assist me, but she totally did not acknowledge me and looked right past me. I had to say to her, "Im ready to order" before she finally asked what I wanted. I swear, I get so embarassed when us Asians are not as courteous to their customers as American restaurants. I was going to take my American friends there, but after that experience, I think I will just get a To-Go order next time.

Shaved ice doesnt cover what they serve exactly. The ice must have some sort of milk component in it that makes it richer and more satisfying than flavored ices. Also, the flavor is froze into the ice not squirted on top so it doesnt separate out into over sweet syrup at the bottom of the bowl. Once you chose the ice flavor you can add fruit, pudding, toppings and syrups. Condensed milk is one of my favorite toppings. To me this is more refreshing and satisfying than ice cream. It seems expensive but you get a very large amount, the largest bowl must be a quart or more and cost $6.50+ depending on the toppings you choose.

Wow! If youre looking for good shaved ice, SunO is the place to go. Like, wow, I cant even describe how delicious it all is. They offer various different ice types and their toppings are freshly chopped and come in varieties. All of this together with generous portions, youd be well-advised to bring some friends to enjoy and aid you in the best shaved ice in (possibly) all of Georgia. On top of that, the decor is cute. They have fake icicles on the back wall. The entire place is well kept and its never impossibly busy (in the evening).

This a quite peculiar location. Its interior is radiant and is very rich in color. It also had a very extensive menu; most of the items are unique flavors. Thought I couldnt figure out the exact name, I got a chocolate slushie. This was a very interesting drink experience, its flavor was not comparable to anything Ive tried in my life. Although it was a different taste, its was overall amazing, and was one of the best drinks Ive had in a while. All in all very amazing location.

My friends introduced me to this and I had no expectations to fall in love with it. And now, here I am, after driving 30 minutes from my house because its been on my mind since we visited for the first time three days ago. I wish they had this in Gainesville. The shaved ice tastes like a sweet heaven and the teas are therapeutically delicious.

I cant explain what it is that they really have. Its not shaved ice, the texture is more like snow, its very light. Its absolutely delicious and you can have it in many different flavors with many toppings. Additionally, they also sell bubble tea and theirs is very good. Again, many flavors with a lot of additions you can add to it.

Definitely need to try this place when you are in Duluth area. They give you enough portion to share with 4 adults. If you are craving for a shaved ice in a hot summer days, then you should order one just for yourself. They have different kind of flavor but my favorite is the green tea flavor.

Being lactose interolant, this is a great place to go for a cold treat!!! I believe it is frozen ice, but it tasted like ice cream to me. And they have all these toppings!!! It is quite expensive ($6-$10 per dessert cup), which is cool for a date night (or first date)!!!

So the service isnt the fastest in the world, you may have to wait like 2-3 minutes per person. But the food is hand made on the spot. It tastes original and flavorful. Definitely wasnt disappointed. A very cool place to hang out and eat ice cream with friends.

Not enough sitting area for enjoying them inside and the place is usually crowed. Also, good luck finding parking spot. Parking lot front of this place is always packed. However, their deserts are worth all these inconveniences. Really good shaved ice.

I love it here. I always get the milk bubble tea. And the ice cream is amazing. Service is quick. As soon as I order they have it ready by the time I walk to the pick up counter. The decor could use a little help but the ice cream is delicious.

Shaved ice, nothing new to Asians and something else not new to Asians- bad service. Couple of teenage girls with teenager attitudes, not pleasant to say the least. They definitely need to have adult supervision of those teenage workers there.

If you dont like sugar then dont eat ice cream here. Their ice cream are little too sweet than other places. The fruits topping are not from fresh fruit, its got sugar/syrup in it. Milk tea? Will disappointe you. Service are fast though.

Good and service was friendly. Portions are also enormous! The mocha base is very coffeeie and I couldnt eat it all but would definitely go again and try something else. Boba tea was also pretty good. They give you a good amount of boba

Well. I drove from Snellville to Duluth. Pulled up at 10:45. The three girls working looked me in the eye, and one walked back and turned off the store lights. Im not disappointed, just baffled. I intend to be butt hurt about this.

Love this place. I take everyone who visits me to sunos. Great place to sit and have bubble milk tea with boba or have a handmade suno dessert with fruit. My favorite is the strawberry bubble milk tea with original boba. So good.

Great desserts! Decided to try something new and was greatly rewarded. Now we have to plan another trip to Atlanta just get some more shaved ice cream. Service is a bit slow but not in a bad way since everything is made by hand.

If you love condensed milk, ice cream, and a choice of several toppings, this place is for you! The original is the bomb! I do triple servings of the syrups. The rose tea and lavender tea are delicious. Well worth the $$

This is the best desert place I have ever had. The combinations are insane, the fruit fresh, and their "icecream" is unique and indescribable. Every time I visit Atlanta I come here as my first and last stop.
