The site tricked me into tipping before I selected pick up or delivery. I thought they wanted a tip for making the pie and I didnt wanna seem cheap so I tipped 2 bucks. After I realized that it was a delivery tip, I was kind of mad that the site would let me tip even if I was picking it up. Then, when I picked up the ice cream pie I had confronted the girl who worked there about the tipping fiasco but she didnt understand and it was only 2 dollars, so I let it slide. After leaving, I had noticed there was no writing on the pie, which I had specified in the order. Needless to say, I got home and emailed Cold Stone and they have yet to respond 4 days after. The pie wasnt even that good either, it was way too rich. I just did not have a flattering experience and probably wont be going back.

This is where you go when you want some REAL ice cream. None of that soft serve stuff handed to you upside down. This is real heavy frozen cream, and it is incredible. I cant help myself whenever I come to Cold Stone and I always end up getting the largest "Gotta Have It" size cup they offer. While I feel guilty for the calorie consumption, I also contemplate getting more because the sweet cream mixed with candies are the perfect compliment. I try to avoid this place for health reasons, but find myself coming back because it just tastes so good.

I dont even reuse restaurants or businesses. I try to give every place a chance & usually there are just days service is bad & service is good. But I have NEVER received good service here. Ive waited in lines for over 30 minutes every time, which shouldnt have taken that long at all. The workers are slow & take their time. Ive also never seen any personality in the workers. Theyve made it a miserable experience every single time.

Everyone knows that Cold Stone Creamery makes tremendous ice cream. What blew me away was just how much the staff - particularly the owner - cares about her clients. She made a cake for me (from scratch) at the last minute and SAVED my holiday dinner. She even called me to make sure I didnt forget to pick it up. I have NEVER been more impressed with a company in my life. I cant recommend these folks enough!

I was here a minute ago and some dick trying to be smart . He yelled at me for yawning . He was lucky today as I was tired or I would have taught that prick a lesson . I wont never be back here . You guys dont deserve to be in business after such pathetic customer service . Incompetent manager , a black lady just stood there n did nothing . So screwed up place

7/16/17 we went to Coldstone Creamery tonight after Buca di Beppo its always so good to go here I dont think you get the same ice cream twice if you mixed up all their ingredients but I felt like some chocolate decadence so thats what I had the girls I cant remember what they got but alls I can say it was truly good and I got quite the Sugar Rush.

I LOVE THE HAPPY HOUR HERE!! Eric and Kami are awesome and I cant wait to visit the new location off of Breckenridge Lane because its within walking distance from work at the hospital. I may need a frequent flyer card then.

My 9 yr old daughter and I visited here for the first time last wk, absolutely delicious! She loved watching them make all the little treats. Menu is extensive. And their cake selection is amazing!

The restrooms were clean. The ice cream is delicious here. Little pricey though. And the last time I had their candy (about $2 per piece) it seemed stale. But the ice cream, its worth the drive.

You know what to expect when you go here. Didnt use restrooms but overall pretty clean. Not a lot of seating and no outdoor tables. Id a divide going on off hours during summer months.

Very unique with any kind of ice cream mixture u can think of, great milkshakes and served on a beautiful cold stoneware plate. Fun and friendly staff with lots of knowledge as well

Went to get some ice cream, and came back to work to eat it and found a super long hair mixed in my ice cream. They need to start wearing a cap or a hair net, this is gross!!

Had a nightmare when an employee could not fix my 2 to MANGO messed it up twice. When i asked for my money back , i was told to call the manager. Not happy at all.

I love cold stone...their biggest problem is the fact that they take so long that most times you have to wait in line forever...but is worth the wait...

I actually love Cold Stone, but the hours listed here are incorrect. Their store front window says Sun-Thursday noon-10p, Fri-Sat noon-11p.
