Best artisanal ice cream in Louisville. However not so great best artisanal ice cream compared to other cities (Lick ice cream, austin, atx). They do a pretty good job with their cream base, but the flavors are extra potent, and they could work on their recipe and science of flavor adding to make the ingredients blend together on the pallet for a better spoonful. The base is sugar and custard egg heavy- tastes like jello pudding which is too dense and overpowers the bold flavor combinations.

New local ice cream in the city! Different flavors and toppings! Cinnamon brioche crunch was amazing! L.C. Concrete will be the def go-to next time I go! Parking is slightly difficult bc of location but may be a nice walk. Set-up is nice and clean, simple decorations which makes it nice and open!

Best ice cream in Louisville hands down. I cant recommend enough the banana split. They use a blow torch to caramelize the inside of the banana!
