An experience so small, yet so big ....a friend suggested i stop at Medawars to repair a watch, whose band had been replaced 3 times in the last month The security officer set the tone from the moment i arrived, nothing but warm service, implicitly expressing their conviction that i was their most important priority I was greeted by a gentleman who graciously recieved my SMALL REQUEST with pleasure, rapidly stepped to the repair room. Within 7minutes, He resolved an issue that had perplexed the technician on three occasions, at a competitors jewelry store...HE fixed it! He smiled. He shared that no charge would be necessary. He thanked ME. As i expressed my gratitude, it was as i was leaving that i realized...he wasnt just a conscientious staff member ...he was in fact, an OWNER! THANKS RONNY! Your natural care and service has won a new customer...Ill be back!

Nice jewelry selection. I love the pandora events, the only reason its not 4 stars or higher is that i brought my antique ring in to be repaired and i lost two diamonds after they repaired it. Other than that the sales people are helpful and patient.
