I went to get my engagement ring resized and the woman taking care of me was more worried about talking about her breasts and how she wanted a breast reduction rather than taking care of me to the fullest of her ability. When I went to pick it up it was MISSING a stone in the halo! I let that slide and had it sent back to get refixed. When I got the call that it had returned from the shop it was now MISSING TWO STONES in the band of my ring. If I knew I had to go longer than a month without my ring I would have NEVER brought my ring to this location!! The store manager took care of me the last time and proceeded to tell me that a ring should have never been brought down smaller then one size due to stones falling out. Mine was brought down two sizes and I was NEVER warned about how it might cause issues with my ring. The store manager then proceeded to tell me how theyll order me a brand new ring in my size so they wont have to send my ring back for the third time. When I call to find out when my ring should be back they tell me itll be back towards the end of October! Thats THREE MONTHS without my ENGAGEMENT RING!!! Not too mention dont bother calling up there if you want excellent service. The two times Ive called Ive been treated awfully and the person of the other end has an obvious attitude that they dont want to take care of me or help me with my frustrations. Terrible customer service!

Worst customer service ever! Sent my ring to get sized and sauntered together, came back crooked, sent it back another time still slightly off. After 3 weeks of not having it I just said forget it. On top of that while I was there to do that the guy was trying to upscale me a spring thing to help size it and told me that the only other way was to slam my finger in the door multiple times! Called cooperate they said they would give me an amount off and gave us a reference number to give to them when we picked my ring up, once I had gotten there they said that it was not in their "notes!" Long story short we are waiting for them to listen to the recorded phone call and call us back! So frustrated and over it! I will NEVER shop Kays again!!! UPDATE: Got a call back from a very nice lady named Beverly that listened to our recorded phone calls, apologized for everyone elses actions, and handle everything for us! Very nice and professional lady!

I DO NOT Recommend Kay Jewelers to any one at all. Ive had problems with my Diamonds falling out since day 1(btw this ring was not cheap). I took my ring to get a small diamond replaced in September of 2016 and waited 2 weeks to get it back, again in October of 2016 for another small diamond to be replaced and finally in November of 2016 one of my big diamonds fell out and I took it to be replaced and it is now January 2017 and I still dont have my ring back and they called to tell me last night that it would be another 12 weeks before it arrived back in the store. So my husband called and asked if there was anyway we could get our money back so we could go elsewhere and they said they couldnt do anything until the ring was back in store, so now Im stuck waiting 12 more weeks with out my ring which I love and dont want to give up but whats the point of owning one if I never get to wear it.

Pushy and rude sales people. Went in to look at engagement rings and nobody in the store seemed interested in helping us. When we finally got a sales associate they were trying to push their stupid credit card on us. Um not a good way to get clients. Dont need your credit. Needless to say went to Gainesville Jewelry and bought an amazing ring for my wife. Half the price and double the quality than at Kay.

My wife went to get her ring inspected due to her diamonds coming out, they come out alot. She went 6 months ago and had it inspected, 6 months later(this month), they lost the paper work and wanted to charge us $75 EXTRA to replace the diamonds and cant stand behind their word. Lesson learned is I should have gone to SHANE COMPANY. They will fix it for FREE for LIFE, IN-HOUSE. And they are nicer.

Do not expect them to answer the phone or call you when your piece of jewelry is in! I even called customer service in turn they put me on hold and tried to call the store. They couldnt even get through! MULTIPLE TIMES! At least customer care was able to let me know they have had my ring for days now.....thanks for the call ):

They really do not answer the phone. If they dont want to talk to me, on the phone, then I certainly dont want to talk to them in person. Local jewelers may be more expensive, but their service makes up for it.

I just keep calling...no answer, then I show up and the employees are too busy visiting with each other to actually help paying customers. They are laughing at the ringing phone. Just wow. Bye Felicia!

Very happy with the service my fiancé & I received at this location. Shopping for engagement rings, the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. In and out within an hour...all smiles
