Avoid going here at all costs. I experienced a multi month "miscommunication" that felt deliberate on the part of the salesperson. The miscommunication included multiple occurrences of incorrect finance information being provided and resulted in a much higher monthly payment than expected and hours of my time lost speaking with people who either a) continued to misinform me or b) refused/were unable to help me. After all was said and done I finally got in touch with the store manager who said he couldnt do anything except accept a return (this was thanks to their return policy, not his intervention) but he would gladly help me with future sales if I decided to come back. I highly recommend avoiding this store and paying attention to the multiple poor reviews this company has received at various locations throughout the area...

Rip off - cant give this location zero stars. Took my ring in for inspection, was told I had two chipped stones. They were going to show me the chips but never did. Ring was sent out for repair, I was given the estimate to replace the stones and agreed to the repair. I clearly stated "I want the chipped stones returned". After 3 months I called, where is my ring? The gentleman on the phone was going to call corporate to find out. Interestingly enough, they called me later that day and surprise! My ring was in the store. Went to pick it up, no chipped stones returned. Ring looks exactly the same as it did. I got ripped off!

If I could give this store "0" stars I would. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced at a kay store! I will NEVER return after having to call corporate. Rude, unprofessional with a "could care less" attitude. Just the type of people I want handling my $8000 ring. NOT.
