Poor service, I have had my belly button pierced for 15 years. My piercing broke and I took it there to fix it and they wanted to charge $25, 3 days later I received a call from a lady that they needed to put a new bracket on it so they would need to fix the whole thing which would cost more money, it would actually be cheaper to just buy a new one and the was actually pretty rude for her to say that because she doesnt know how special to me the piercing was, Few weeks later I went and picked it up and it seemed fine to me, but after using it for a few weeks the screw came out and I almost lost it. So it seems to me they charged me more money to replace the whole bracket what it should have been they didnt Replaced the screw which is odd because a new bracket will come with a new screw.after 15 years of wearing the piercing and it just broke a few weeks ago, I had they replaced it breaks within a couple weeks. I contacted the owner and they said they could not do anything because they replaced it "good enough for a month". Very bad service and completely rude, I have many friends that recommended this place and I have been there many times to buy and fix things but I will never go back there again and advise this for my friends as well.

The ladies who greeted me were great but the two men working on jewelry were unprofessional. They had repaired a ring for me and it broke. I assumed they would fix it for free since it should have lasted and without even looking at me they said no, I would have to pay again. It was only $35 so that wasnt a big concern. I didnt like the way they never stopped working, never looked at me even though I was only three feet from them and didnt speak directly to me. I had planned to make a purchase while I was there but left and spent my money elsewhere. I will have another jeweler fix their mistake. My parents have shopped their for 50 years but I wont go back.

I found an unexpected find recently, it was a watch that was my dads. I found it in a box, it was not working. I took it to the jewelry shop in my town and they couldnt fix it, they quickly recommended Palace Jewelers. I took it there but I didnt expect the watch to work. Im happy to say that the watch works perfectly, the staff was so nice and helpful. My dad passed in 2006 and to find his watch 10 years later was a gift. Thank you Palace!
