Going here to get my custom engagement ring was the best decision I have ever made. I live in Ohio and was recommended to Max by my brother in law. From the very start the experience was everything I could expect and more. I sent Max a picture of the ring I wanted and the budget I was working with and he did everything he could to make it happen. He made the experience very personal and comforting. My biggest fear was working with someone that I couldnt trust. He continuously communicated with me throughout the process to inform me of what was going on and ensure me that everything was going to be perfect. When it was finally time for me to come to Michigan to pick it up it felt like I had known Max forever. The work he does is absolutely incredible and far exceeded my expectations. I would with out a doubt recommend Max to everyone.

My husband spent a LARGE amount of cash on a Christmas gift for me last year. Purchased a gold ring with a black rhodium finish.Finish lasted less than a week.Scott told us he would re-finish it and used a black rhodium pen. It looked hideous!He tried 3 different times to duplicate the original finish and could not do it. First of all, if he actually made it as he claimed, why could he not duplicate the process? Secondly, why did he not tell my husband that it was not a permanent finish BEFORE he bought it? And why is this man not interested in making this right?!?!?!

Great experience from start to finish. I contacted Max and told him I wanted a piece of art and not just typical engagement ring. I gave him a rough idea of what I was thinking of and he took care of the rest. The ring he produced is truly amazing and my wife constantly gets asked about it and complimented on it. Maxs communication is top notch, I never felt like I was in the dark at all. He took the time to explain to me everything in a way that I could understand in order to make sure I could make the right decision. Highly recommended.

I brought in a watch that had the second hand skipping. A jewelry store closer to me wanted a week and to send it off for a diagnosis...so I decided on a store where the owner or watchmaker was on site. It took Scotts son less than 10-seconds to tell me I needed a new battery and another three minutes or so to replace it.
