The man who runs this shop is really sweet. I brought an antique watch to him to have him bring it to working condition so I could wear it to my wedding. Unfortunately, it wasnt done on time, but it was NOT the fault of the shop. He showed me five or six orders for the part it needed, and they kept sending him the WRONG part. I was seriously sad that it wasnt ready for my wedding, but I felt okay about it because he worked so hard to track down the right part. He didnt increase the cost of the repair from what he quoted either, even though it cost him a lot of time and effort to find the part it needed. When I got it back, it worked for a couple days and broke again... when I took it back, he fixed it in a few days, and didnt charge me for the work. This guy is super hard working, honest, kind, and good at what he does. It is really reassuring to bring something so old and valuable to someone you know wont trash it. I will bring other watches to him for repair and maintenance.

We took a treasured wall clock in for repair in June, paid one hundred dollars and were told it would be about a month for the repair. My wife called in July...not ready. My wife went into the store in August, found the clock was not ready and the repairman was extremely rude to her. I accompanied her into the store in September...smiles but not ready yet. We returned in October and were told the clock was repaired. We paid another one hundred dollars. Upon returning home we found our clock did not run. A second repairman said nothing at all had been done to it. Working through our credit card company we managed to get a full refund. Happily the second man fixed our clock in just a couple of weeks and at a very reasonable price. This shop had our clock for about four months, charged us and did nothing to it.

I left my watch for cleaning and calibrating ... three months ago (9-23-16). The owner was to call me in 2 weeks. He didnt so I came back to the store ... to see a "sorry" sign saying that hed be back "next week". But this was two and a half months ago! His store phone is full and wont take messages. It looks like no ones been back since September. Im guessing that the owner has health or family problems; however I still want my watch.

The shop itself was nice. The service was HORRIBLE. We went in to get an appraisal for a watch repair, and to possibly get our watch repaired. The old japanese man was VERY RUDE, did not speak English, and flat out refused our business. He asked for the price of our watch for some reason, and continued to shake his head until we left. Would NOT recommended ever. DO NOT GO HERE.

I came in to replace a watch band that was purchased from a lesser than authentic watch repair store. I was very pleased with the genuine appeal of the shops aesthetics and how professional and courteous the shop owner was. I was in and out within 10 minutes with a much finer quality leather band for a reasonable price.

Great place to get any clock or watch of any type fixed. He fixed my watch while I waited. He has grandfather clocks, cuckoo clocks, mantle clocks from the 1880s, 1950s Art Deco pieces, everything. He works and repairs them all. Hes very pleasant and does a great job. I highly recommend this place!

I think the reason all the reviews are 1 or 5 stars at this time is simply because of a language barrier. He is a very nice guy and knowledgeable guy and I have only had good experiences with his store.
