My family has been going to Gaines since as long as I can remember. Just about every piece of jewelry I own is from Gaines. Gaines is the only jewelry store I will go too, I live in Bay City and I drive an hour just to shop at Gaines Jewelry because I know the quality of their jewelry is amazing and the way they treat their customers is OUTSTANDING. They will bend over backwards to make sure you get everything you want and more! I believe everyone should shop at Gaines jewelry!!!!

Great experience every time i visit Gaines Jewelry, Ive dealt with them since they were in downtown Flint, got my class ring from Gaines, everyone is so down to earth and very friendly , I tried going to Medewar Jewelry, but everyone in there had there nose in the air, never going back there, Ill stick to the friendly atmosphere of Gaines.

I went to this to purchase Pandora jewelry, I came with an education. The ladies worked with my daughter and I, and were very patient, curtious and helpful. Their selection was quite impressive.
