@The person who said that you bought an "all gold rope necklace for $500 and it wasnt real"- you are a liar. I am very good friends with Jan and Harvey Eisman (the owners of this establishment) and I can tell you from personal experience how the store works. Without ordering the piece out of a book, there are not gold plated items in the showcases. So, either you are a liar or the jeweler you took it to sell it to is a complete idiot.

I bought a gold rope necklace or it was suppose to be all gold for $500.00 and 6 years later I tried to sell it , I found out it was gold plated.Talk about being mad , the jeweler told me it was worthless and here southfield sold it to me saying it was full 10k all gold. I wouldnt but anything from them again. Just beware

Had a pure silver ring resized one size up cost me about $40 it broke one week later and they told me that I would have to pay the $40 all over again to get it fixed
