My husband dropped my Pandora bracelet off on a Sunday for a cleaning, he was told it would only take a couple of days and they would call him once it was done. Thursday came around and we still hadnt heard anything so we called to check on why it was taking so long. The girl told him they had not even started the cleaning so she said we could pick up on Friday. Friday evening my husband goes in to pick it up, my bracelet was not in the cleaned jewelry location, so the girl goes to the back, then he hears a machine start up, a few minutes later the girl comes back and said here you go and hands my husband the Bracelet in a bag. Once he gets to the car, he opens it up and realizes its only partially cleaned. Some parts of it are semi shiny and other parts of the bracelet and charms are still very dull looking. I think if your going to have my bracket for 6 days that the least you could do was clean it properly. Not toss it into some machine for 2 minutes and think that thats acceptable. Not to mention he also purchased 2 additional charms for the bracelet when he dropped it off on Sunday. We will definitely be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Their service is terrible. I took in a gold bracelet to have a link fixed and they did not fix the problem the problem was actually worse after I got it back. Their jeweler must be a rookie or something because he or she clearly did not know how to work on cuban links. If I were you I would definetly take your hard earned money else where.

Motif made my Wifes and my wedding rings over 20 years ago, the rings still look great ! We bring them here every few years for cleaning....The staff is always professional. Great place for jewelry !!!!! APSOLUTLY !!!!!!!!!!
