First off I bought a FAKE ring that cost way to much...but my gf loved it so I bought it any way...after a few weeks it kept turning so we took it to get clean and it look as new.After a few months a diamond fell out so we took it to get fixed the lady was nice but never mentioned that there was a fee. when we went to pick it up she was very rude to my gf and said there was a fee after my gf stating the other lady never said anything about a fee she was being very very rude.. So I payed the fee so my gf would have her ring back. Well a new days later the diamond fell out again and its all bent up looking like its gonna break in half. but they state nothing in there will fade or change color or anything..WELL THEY LIED AND ARE RUDE. Never will I shop there.

My husband bought my wedding set at this store and #1 they told him "it was one of kind" and then my cousin coincidentally bought the EXACT same set for his wife for Christmas the same year... #2 they do not offer warranties with the wedding sets and they do not offer appraisals so I have to pay for all of this additionally.... I absolutely love my wedding set and wouldnt trade it for the world however... I do wish there were a few more options offered along with the purchase of such a high dollar item
