Discrimination against lesbians is still alive and well, folks. My wife and I just went to pick up our wedding rings that we had ordered a while back only to discover that they purposefully ordered the wrong sizes. The first time we went to Kay to order the rings, the woman who was checking us out put down the wrong size. We noticed on our receipt and asked for her to change it. She said it was no problem and she would get it fixed and sent us on our way. When we got there today and tried the rings on, they didnt fit and we asked the woman working there if it was the correct size. She slid it on the sizer and said it was the size we originally asked for and that our fingers must be swollen or that we must have been mistaken on what size we needed. We then asked her to check what size was ordered in the computer and sure enough, they had ordered the wrong ones and decided not to call us to tell us that they couldnt change the order to the correct ring size. All they would have had to do was cancel the order and order the right one. They wouldnt have even needed me there to do it. The woman serving us wasnt apologetic. She said she was bummed out that she had to clean up someone elses mess. It was like it was her day that was ruined and not ours. She put in the order and said it would come quickly, that we would get them on Sept 5th. We ordered our first ones over a week ago! She said that we couldnt even rush order them. She continued to be snide and when I asked if she could do anything for this inconvenience (we had to drive an hour to pick these up!) she told us that the manager wasnt coming to work today and she couldnt do anything. She told us to talk to the manager when we picked the second set of rings up. When we asked how we would be sure that the manager would be in, she told us that we should call and push off our pickup until it was on a day that she was working. We had to force this woman to give us the managers card. It wasnt freely offered, as it should be in a situation like this. We also had her write her name down so we could tell her manager how poorly everyone handled this situation. I regret not asking her "would you treat a straight couple like this?" Instead I left the mall crying with My wife holding me close. I feel sick that our wedding rings are going to be tainted by this moment. The people serving us clearly hated gays and didnt want to serve us in the first place. I may cancel our wedding ring order. This feels terrible.

Terrible! I went in for my 6 month ring inspection and the manager (i think) helped me. She gave me a hard time about not having my paperwork and said she cant look at my ring unless i have my paperwork. I told her that every other Kay Jewlers location easily looks it up on their computer.. She had a serious attitude problem. Funny enough she looked it up on her computer in one second. She was on a serious power trip and was more than rude to me. This Kay Jewler is right dow the road from my house, sadly now, Ill drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid ever going to this location again. Im a customer, maybe you should treat me like one. This lady should be fired, along with her ego.

Shop assistant was very courteous and greeted me when she knew I had been waiting for a moment. She told me she didnt have any of the type of item I was looking for in stock, however offered a catalogue for me to view. She sat down with me at one of the displays and helped me look through it and made suggestions and helped me decide on an item to buy. She was very professional and polite and made my experience very enjoyable. Great customer service.

I made a purchase from this location and everyone there was so nice. I worked with a woman name Carla who was hands down the nicest and most caring salesperson Ive ever worked with. She made sure that I got the best deal and because of her I will return and recommend this location and her from now on.

Dont buy their warranty on the diamonds. When you need service the dont want to help you. As if they are only sales people and no service people. Poor purchase for our wedding bands

Ignored by the employees in favor of helping another customer who came in after me, but was looking at more expensive stuff. Will never step foot in this store again.
