Palace Jewelers is a shining example of how a small business should be run! Their dedication and personal service is something you just wont find at a big chain. To make sure his proposal was perfect, they went above and beyond for my soon to be son-in-law. Due to circumstances beyond their control, the ring was delayed. The owner drove half way across the state and then overnighted the ring to him! It arrived safe and sound just hours before his planned proposal at Disney World. Thank you so much for contributing to my daughters magical day! I am so glad I recommend you to him! We will never shop anywhere else for jewelry!

I just purchased a Diamond Ring appraised by this company. It is so far off of what they say it is its not even plausible that its a mistake. They show 1.09ct SI H it is unmistakably a .97ct, I2, KLM. Worth literally 1/4th of what they appraised it at on a Brand New retail level. I dont know if the Diamond has been enhanced if so that cuts it in half again. They appraised the Ring at $11,095 Retail replacement. It is worth around $1,300-$1,500 as is and $3000 Brand new retail value and that is if it is not enhanced. Stay way clear I am now in the process of working this out with the seller. I hope I can get my money back.

We have been going there for over 20 years and always loved the service. Lately they have been getting ruder and ruder. Today the lady was actually making faces and rolling her eyes at us because we were trying to ask her questions about a repair. She tried to ignore us but I kept asking her until she couldnt any more and was so rude that we walked out. It usually takes two weeks or more now for a repair but if you pay extra they will put you to the front of the line. Wow...we got an estimate somewhere else for less than half the cost here. We will never go back. If you want business I think you would be nicer to your customers.

Absolutely the worst jewelers Ive ever encountered. Took a watch to be repaired and was told the jeweler would call to find out what needed to be done...no one called. Two days later I called to ask about repairs and was told they forgot to call. Told them to perform the repairs and a week later called back after....again, no call. Was told they didnt get the go ahead to perform the repairs. Told them to leave the watch alone, Ill take it to another jewelers. A complete waste of time and energy to even walk into their store.

Do NOT go here. Their craftsmanship is very poor. After "fixing" my ring, which I had for 21 years, to ensure my diamonds wouldnt fall out, I lost 3 diamonds. They actually handed me my ring after being sized a half size up with a diamond MISSING! They replaced my diamonds with smaller sized and less quality ones. I have taken my ring to two very high end jewelry stores and they both said it was poor craftsmanship. They were shocked. They pretty much ruined my wedding band. It looks horrible now! And yes, they are rude also.

I had the best experience I could have ever hoped for at this jewelry store. My husband designed my beautiful engagement ring from scratch with the help of the friendly and very knowledgeable staff. It is perfect! We returned to have our wedding rings expertly designed to compliment each other as well as the engagement ring. They all fit together perfectly. We have a jeweler for life and wouldnt trust anyone else to create our original masterpieces. (Family ring is next) Thank you for being the best!

Palace Jewelers is one of those rare businesses where you can walk in for the first time ever, and you already feel like youre being treated as family. It is always a pleasure to go there - the entire staff is wonderful. Theyve always treated my right and fairly, and I know I can always trust them. Im an affordable watch aficionado, so most of my money there has been spent on Seiko watches and repairs - but I know where Im going when the time comes to get an engagement ring!

From design, to ordering all the pieces, to completion, Thor is a master jeweler. Girls were so pleasant to work with and Thor was very patient. His vision of what I wanted was spot on. I have purchased several rings for my wife there over the years that she wouldnt think of parting with and wont get them cleaned anywhere else.
