I cannot describe what a fantastic experience I had with Victor the owner of the Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor. From the moment I walked into the store he listened carefully to my situation and addressed my needs. I had a terrible experience with a local jewelry store on Stadium Road in Ann Arbor. I found out that the appraisal of my ring that we had spent a lot of money on was much too high compared to the rings true value. I lost my ring and had it fully insured. The sad part for me was that I did not have the money I thought I had to work with due to the misleading appraisal. I did not even mention my problem to Victor at first. I showed him the appraisal of my ring and he said wow something does not add up. He was not the first jeweler to say this. Victor, however, was the ONLY jeweler that said he would work his hardest to get me the ring I should have had in the first place within the replacement dollar amount the insurance company was willing to provide. I fell in love with a setting from a designer the Diamond Factory carries. Victor worked for numerous weeks bringing me in different center stones. He did this all not knowing if I would end up giving him my business. He treated me so kindly each time he saw me. He found me exactly what I requested and then I gave him the go ahead to work my insurance company. Victor is honest and restored my belief that there are business owners out there who strive for the long term client and not a one time customer. I cant wait until everyone in Ann Arbor gets to see my beautiful ring. Thank you Victor. I appreciate all of your hard work and I love the GIA certified diamond that you found for me.

My Fiancée purchased my beautiful custom made ring here. After searching many stores online and brick and mortar I found a ring that I loved and just wanted to change a few things to make it my own. I brought in a picture of what I wanted as well as told them what I envisioned and Victor was able to completely duplicate the ring as well as change out the center style to incorporate a beautiful 1 carat emerald cut diamond (which I also purchased at an extremely reasonable price through The Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor). I am absolutely in LOVE with my ring! The diamond factory was so friendly and helpful throughout the process from start to finish and seemed just as excited to make my ring, as I was to buy it! I am never going anywhere else again! We even bought my fiancées wedding band here and have plans to have two custom wedding bands made through the diamond factory to go on each side of my engagement ring! I strongly recommend that anyone looking to purchase any kind of jewelry visit the diamond factory of ann arbor. They can custom make any ring you can imagine so that it is made exactly how you want it and their friendly staff makes the experience even better! It is such a welcoming store to go into that you may find every time you visit the mall you just want to go in and say hi!

The Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor is one of the best jewelry stores in Southeastern Michigan. I went to this store because I was looking for an engagement ring and met a gentleman named Victor. Victor is a fantastic jeweler, he knows what to show you when you give him your specific needs and if he doesnt have it in stock, he will make it for you. He has a pretty good selection of jewelry and if he doesnt have it, you can always get it custom-made. The ring that I bought was from his selection but it was not in the right size for my fiance, so he made a completely new one and it looked amazing. He does great work, hes very professional and a very kind-hearted person. I would recommend this place for people who are looking to get great service, a great price, outstanding jewelry and something different from the big box factory jewelry stores. I would also recommend that you see Victor as he is a great person and a master jeweler!

Dont let this stores location in the mall fool you. This is no "mall jewelry store." My (now) husband shopped around quite a bit for a jewelry store to make my custom engagement ring, and easily settled on The Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor when he met Raffi. My husband worked with Raffi to select the perfect diamond and design a gorgeous ring, and shared with me after the fact that he never once felt pressured or that he was being upsold, which is a rarity these days! I am so in love with my engagement ring that we also bought our wedding bands from Raffi and I can attest to the fact that he is an incredibly kind, genuine individual who is there to help you make the best decision for you. I now stop into the store every couple of months to get my rings cleaned and all of the staff are such a pleasure to work with. Many thanks to Raffi and The Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor!

If you want excellent quality coupled with outstanding customer service, then look no further than The Diamond Factory of Ann Arbor. We have purchased 3 watches and wedding bands (designed by Vic) here. The quality and the customer service are second to none. I will not even entertain the idea of looking elsewhere. This place just feels like "home" to me when Im buying/repairing jewelry. As other commenters have noted, Vic stands by his work. He also offers FREE LIFETIME battery replacements for watches purchased at his location. Ive had to replace a battery in a Movado watch and tried to pay him, but he kindly refused. Vic and his staff also do custom work. So if you have an idea, bring it to him. He is amazing and can do anything. Trust me, you wont go wrong if you go see Vic and his staff. What a breath of fresh air in a big box store world.

Took my tissot in for new battery as it is an official store for tissot. This means it should be done with the proper water seal when battery is replaced. When I went to pick up the watch, it worked well. After one week, I took a shower with it on and the watch fogged and broke. I have taken many showers with this watch on previously as it is water resistant up to 330 ft with no problems. Obviously the issue was with the technician who replaced the battery and didnt reseal correctly. I took the watch back and the owner explained that it was not there fault and I shouldnt have taken it under the shower. Now I have a broken watch from a simple battery replacement from an official tissot dealer.

Magnificent! I love this place. I was searching around for an engagement ring so I have been to many jewelry stores. But this store by far was the most helpful and straight to the point. There were no sales haggle, there was no trying to get me to go way above my budget, no "Here get our exclusive credit card and get this $5,000 ring with easy low payments of $100. Just nice servicemen helping you find what you want and working with you to make sure you have the best you can get. If I hadnt been there myself I wouldnt had believed these reviews. Glad I did go, I really would had missed out on something special if I hadnt. Id give it 10 stars if I could!
