AWESOME SERVICE!!!! I had a very sentimental ring that I needed sized. It was not worth a lot of money but it was my grandmothers, so it was worth a lot to me. The staff at Rottermonds took the time and explained to me what was entailed in sizing this particular ring due to the age and frailness of the metal. Long story short, my ring fit me perfectly and it looked AMAZING!!!! I am making them my go to jeweler for all of my jewelery needs.

I hate to even given 1 star to this place. Talk about bait & switch. We went into this store with a specific price-point in mind for a diamond ring. We were given a price on a scrap piece of paper, which included a discount. When we went in to purchase the ring, we were advised that the discount did not apply unless we purchased a more expensive ring. Avoid this establishment at all costs. They are not reputable.

MY FAVORITE JEWELERY STORE!!! My fiance and I had been looking at several jewelry stores for a very specific ring before coming into Rottermonds. They listened to what I wanted and created a beautiful custom engagement ring for me!!! Everyone was so helpful and wanted us to have the best experience possible, we will definitely be back for future purchases.

Waned to buy a new watch , went into the store and not one person working said hi or even acknowledged me. It was extremely rude and I ended up leaving shortly after. Not good customer service at all.
