DO NOT GO HERE! I went here searching for the engagement ring and left unsatisfied and upset. The rings here have zero character in my opinion and every time you go here you get someone else. Their financing is horrendous. +25% compounded interest.. I have a 740 credit score... What tops off this whole experience is after I went to another place in Fenton which I had a tremendous experience with. A month rolls around and I received a credit card in the mail from Medawar Jewelers! After sitting down with him just talking about financing options after he ran my credit we came to an agreement that I was going to look elsewhere. HE SUBMITTED ME FOR THE CARD!! So today I just had to close a card with $0 balance with a credit limit of $6200... So if you want to buy a ring from a place that does some shady business to get you to buy from their financing partner, go for it! If I were you I would look elsewhere. Not only that, I urge you to look elsewhere. There are so many other jewelers in Fenton that are not franchises that are money hungry that actually care about your experience and your future marriage. Not only that, contrary to popular belief they also have lower prices because they have much lower costs!

I came to this store to buy my wife some pandora charms for the holidays. Well let s just say the staff isnt friendly at all. I stood there for roughly 45 min. Before anyone asked to help me. Not to mention the fact that it was a guy standing behind me, and the lady looked past me and asked him if he needed help! Another woman told me she would get with me and helped someone else. Then a young lady asked a guy (who just walked in) "could I help you ?" And he says "I believe this guys was here first." So she felt obligated to wait on me at that point. I never felt so insulted in my life... I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone! My father in-law has had a similar Experiance at this same location. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Save yourself time and frustration and go to any other jewelry store but Medawar! I really hate this place and how they disrespect people! No one deserves that! NO ONE! And I wouldnt even give them a star but yahoo forces you to do that so... I guess they get a star from me... But know its not from me! More like a -5 stars!

Went in today to get our wedding bands and I cant even begin to explain the outstanding service we received from beginning to end. Everyone helped us find what we were looking for (from their large selection), looked for suggestions, offered to order in rings, talked us through double checking our sizes, everything. This seems like regular service, but how we were treated made it feel more. Every t was crossed and i was dotted! Extremely happy with our choices and our service, as it was at the Medawar in Flint as well! Will definitely be recommending them to others!

I went in to look at pandora prices and left feeling amazing about my purchases! The staff there is amazing; especially Debbie! Ive worked with her multiple times and felt she gave me a fair price on all the product I wanted. Plus the wait time is always 1-2 minutes for me. I will continue going to this Medawar due to its friendly environment and great people.
