We dropped off a watch that had been purchased at the store for a minor repair and cleaning. We were told that a pin would have to be ordered and so it could take up to a week to be done. I called a week later to see if it was done and they said no and sounded as if they were scrambling around to see why it hadnt been worked on, she came back to me on the phone and said it could be done later that day. I told her I could stock around a few hours yet needed to get home as we were going out of town. I was told to come by in two hours and it would be done. I stayed around town (as I live 12 miles away )just to pick it up. I was talking with another customer who is a friend of mine when someone came up to me and handed me a sealed envelope and said "here you go" and walked away. I looked at the envelope and it had our name on it and said "no charge" I was not given an explanation as to why there was no charge, yet thought it was a nice jester as they knew I stayed around town after working all night to pick it up. When I got home I opened it and it had not been cleaned!! I felt dumb for having not checked it while in the store. I called immediately and asked them if they knew the watch had not been cleaned. I was told that if I was not happy with the cleaning that they would be happy to run it through the cleaner again! She acted as if I was a bother and that I was being super picky. The tone in her voice was very snotty and it was clear that she was annoyed by my call. I was being nice and was shocked that they did not admit that the cleaning could have been overlooked. I would have rather paid for the service and had it cleaned when the repair was done instead of having to go back. My intention was not to get free service, yet just the services requested. I will not be going back there. There are just too many jewelers around to be talked to like this. Whoever this was that I dealt with should not be employed in a customer service job.
I was disappointed in their service of an antique clock I brought in for cleaning and repair. They couldnt get it working and broke a glass part of it which they also couldnt repair. So they returned it to me worse than they received it. Ive purchased and had them reset jewelry there which they did a good job on, though they didnt have much mens jewelry selection at all and seemed to charge a lot for their services. Ill be going elsewhere in the future.
the store is nice but we had a lady who was just rude she was distracted and acted like we were gum on her shoe she was no help at all she wanted us to spend more money on a certain because it was *better* even though it was clearly not what we had wanted but i quote *you get what you pay for* then we went to kays they were so much better/ nicer with a larger selection and better attitudes they didnt care what we spent they just wanted us to be happy
Always very friendly and helpful. I have been going here since I was in middle school. I bough my first necklace here. They have always been above and beyond helpful with sizing repairs and special ordering me a diamond necklace that lost. They found the exact one I bought years and years ago and helped me replace it. Great work guys keep it up.
If you want to have rings cleaned, this is the place to go. During one of the Brighton festivals, I stopped in, and they offered to clean my rings. I was STUNNED! I cant remember them EVER looking this good!
I want to thank all the ladies on the sales floor for their tremendous service and knowledge. They always go out of their way to make me and my daughter welcome !
The staff was wonderfully accommodating. They expended extraordinary effort to satisfy my request.
The staff here are amazing and incredibly attentive and the selection is great!
Always an amazing experience!
