If I could give 10 stars I would. I had been searching for a place to help me with my husbands wedding band. I knew what I wanted wasnt easy, but he deserved it being an amazing man and firefighter! I finally stumbled upon Titanium-Buzz. I wasnt put on hold, they helped me immediately. They worked with me and sent me pictures of options I could choose from. It was custom made, yet they still kept their price for the original cost of the ring and engraved it for free. My husband LOVES his ring! Unfortunately, it was a little too tight. I was so worried it would mess up the ring if we had to resize it and cost a lot. I called and they were so helpful AGAIN! They said to send it in and theyll fix it for FREE! all I had to do was pay the Shipping fee. It is so difficult to find such incredible customer service these days and, on top of that, incredible products as well. Thank you so much for giving my husband what he deserves! Ive put a picture of what they did for him in case anyone else likes this idea! Camo and the red ring around for the FF symbol.

The sales people here talked my fiance into purchasing a ring at the incorrect size, stating that the bezel on the ring would make it smaller then the size indicated. Fast forward to the wedding day and she was crushed that it didnt fit, but thankfully it also came damaged, lol, because otherwise they wouldnt exchange, return or resize without an extra 20%. Their customer service also called her a liar, saying that she made up the damage to avoid the restocking fee, which was never brought to our attention till we needed to return it. They stink of cheep crooks, save yourself the heartache we suffered.

We purchased my husbands ring from Titanium buzz in August 2016. He liked the look of a black ring and with his job as a personal trainer, wanted a ring that wouldnt show scratches and was comfortable to wear. April helped us decide on a carbon fiber ring and my husband loves it! It is very lightweight and although the material and color is unique, it still has a classic style to it. The customer service was excellent throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend Titanium Buzz to anyone in the market for a wedding band!

Love this place! Such a cool atmosphere and the range of products are from cool to cool! Got my wedding ring there and love it. Very different from what Ive seen elsewhere. I was in the other day and got some beard butter. Makes my mustache and goatee look amazing! And smells great. I told Kevin he needs to find me some magic beard growth tonic though. Im not quite man enough to grow a rich full beard. But Im only 40 maybe theres still time for it to come in. Thanks Kevin, Amy and the rest of the team. Keep being awesome! T

My wife got me my wedding ring from titanium buzz and I absolutely love it. It makes rings more exciting for us men when its a reflection of something you like. Mine is a bowtech ring and Im a big bow hunter. The staff was great and helped my wife with everything and she even got it engraved. 5 stars. Love it.

I got a the full carbon fiber drag radial tire style ring and I absolutely love it! Its so light weight I dont even know its there, just got it yesterday and have already had 3 compliments from strangers.....you guys are awesome! Keep up the good work!
