Checking out, we were asked if we would like to fill out a membership form. Being that we have recently become costumers and plan to continue to shop at B&N more frequently, we said sure. Not once were we told there would be a $25.00 fee to become a member.##!. We feel this should have either been mentioned or signage stating the charge. If this was an over site by your employee, then I would suggest additional training. If this is a store policy, I feel it should be changed.

This bookstore has a great atmosphere for browsing through the many available books. There is also a Starbucks Coffee cafe included within the store which is a nice touch. The prices are pretty high here, as most books are listed at full retail price but there are some good deals in the Bargain section located to the left of the main level. I enjoy coming here to browse new books but I dont usually purchase books here, but instead find lower prices on Amazon or other retailers.

I am a voracious reader, and Barnes and Noble respects that. This particular 2-story shop has a phenomenal childrens area that makes it enjoyable for parents to read to kids as well as the kids to snuggle up to their parents. My favorite section of Barnes and Noble is the extensive autobiography shelves; I respect whoever decides which books to stock there because theyre eclectic and deviate from the mainstream.

This is a very nice place, the staff are very helpful and have a great attitude, they also seem to enjoy the work they do. They have sections for more than just books too, such as a whole section for children, also for software and tabletop games if that is your thing. One thing of note, however, I did not notice any ADA accessibility to the second floor, just two escalators.

Its a little strange because this is the last major book chain. Thats endearing though. The store is huge. Offers including music, art supplies and learning toys. The selection of books is limited however. Theres also a small coffee shop. The upper floor is relaxed and if you find a good seat you might spend some time reading a good book.

A very good selection of books, interesting remainderS on sale, and a friendly and helpful staff. The staff in the coffee shop are pretty lame, though. The restrooms need more attention, badly. The CDs in the CD/DVD area need to be much better organized. I dont like them expanding into toys and games. It takes a way from book space.

This Barnes & Noble is quite large. I found the store disorganized and the shelves were a mess. We were looking for gifts and games and found it hard to locate anything. I also asked for help in finding a book and was told by the help desk to just check the end caps upstairs which I didnt find super helpful.

I would usually be all for this place, the environment is great and its a great place to sit down and sip ok tea while reading a good book. The only problem I have is the staff at Starbucks, they are extremely loud (talking to each other) which by all means is fine. But you gotta pipe it down a little bit.

This Barnes and Noble is fun to visit and the Starbucks in the Barnes and Noble is good as well. However, the main factor in whether I make a purchase here are the prices. It is unfortunate that prices are better elsewhere because Barnes and Noble offers a good environment and friendly service.

I attended their makerfair which was a good chance to make connections with local community members who were interested in the same hobbies as myself. Which they had started on time due to being on a tight schedule but it is great that there are business doing things in this community.

I dont really love the idea of rating a chain 5 star but I really enjoyed this B&N. I could get trapped there. I wish there was more sitting places. However, I can see how that would hurt there sales. Im more likely to buy a book to avoid reading it on an isle floor.

Brick&mortar book stores are *always* more expensive than their internet counterparts. B&N does a good job of pushing promotions that help counteract that; however, theyll do so while begging you to sign up for memberships and MasterCards.

one employee was very helpful, led me right to the section I was looking for. gave me the rundown for each section as well. The only thing is the big circular help desk thing at the entrance looks like it could be a register but it isnt!

Great selection throughout store; expecially impressed with language and travel selection. Rarely feels crowded and the staff is very helpful. Wide selection of gifts, but I absolutely agree with others on parking...it is a nightmare.

too big of a store, but endless supplies of book. I wish they offered coupon deals, but I have never found one. This day and age it is very important to do so, or else amazon will cause them to go bankrupt. :(

They were really helpful and friendly. They have a great selection of vinyls and technology books. Its so huge that it can seem a bit overwhelming but its a great place to get lost in lol.

Hard to find people to help you as staffing is not optimal. I can see why people order from Amazon...all the books I was looking for were not in stock but could be ordered from their website.

I was having an issue with my Nook, and the young man that helped me was very knowledgable. Even though he couldnt resolve my issue he tried , made calls and I was able to get me a refund.

Great selection of books, magazines, and encyclopedias. They have a place to relax and drink coffee, escalators, childrens materials, friendly staff, and a great location.

Sometimes I need a gift on short notice, BN fills that need. But I dont shop there otherwise because I dislike the constant barrage of questions about becoming a member.

Pretty great bookstore. Friendly people, quiet, lots of well-organized books. Only downside: its predictable - nothing to discover here, just standard Barnes & Noble

Found a book Ive been looking for forever here! I had already looked in several other Barnes & Noble, but this was the only store with the first book of the trilogy.

The customer service people were great. I called to ask about a movie , They had it,pulled it ,held it under my name for pick up. I have done this twice flawlessly..

This store is always busy. Tip : price on b&n online is way cheaper (range between $5-15)than at the store. So i usually browse for the books and buy them online.

Spent an hour looking for a new book that seemed to be missing. But as the employee who was helping me was walking out off shift, he found it and found me.

I love how this place has two floors and lots of options for books. I personally love their manga/graphic novel section. Much more variety.

Has a lot of different books. I have been to the book store many of times. My 12 year old daughter is a over reader and we visit very often.

The Starbucks inside the store even though they are not a corporate store are very rude and drinks are not good. Book store part is great.
