Had a terrible experience at this book store. Such awful service the employees were all so rude and very unhelpful. I rented a book there freshman year, was never told a date to return it, never emailed or contacted at all but charged 180 dollars on my card because I didnt return it on time. They never made an effort to reach out to me at all. I tried to return it late but there is no late fee, they just automatically charges my account to buy the whole book permanently. Then the lady said to come back fall next year because they will buy it back from me since the freshman will be buying books. Went in today and they said they cant buy it anymore Im stuck with it. This Barnes and noble store sucks, they want to steal your money, have expensive prices, are all rude and very unhelpful. Dont go here as a Michigan student under any circumstances there are plenty better places around campus

Ordered two diploma frames on the webpage. Due to back ordering issues, I called the bookstore to place a new order. The store manager, Jaime, had great customer service and helped me put in an order and shipped it fast. It was the second day of classes and they were great responding to emails and calling me back even though I knew they were extremely busy. I appreciate the awesome diploma frames.

Nothing but AWFUL experiences at this store... Ordered a couple books, told me they would be ready in 3-5 days. Its been over a month and still no books. I tried to cancel my order and they said company policy does not allow that. I am struggling in class without my textbooks and its been A MONTH AND A HALF and I cant even get a refund. Rude employees everywhere. GO TO URICHS instead >

Do not buy textbooks from here! Told me my books would be available in a week. Its been over a month, and I still dont have all of them. Finally cancelled my order with them (which they were not helpful about).
