Amazing guys, amazing company. About a month ago my MSI Apache suddenly stopped working. I was told to check out A&O, so I did, and they had my laptop diagnosed within 24 hours - my RAM stopped working - and fixed within another 24. After a couple of days, it broke down again. I took it back in, they re-diagnosed and re-fixed, free of charge. A couple of days ago my computer broke down one final time. I took it to them again - They diagnosed it as motherboard problems (typical of MSI), and explained repair would be $400-$500, and advised it might be better just to save up for a new laptop. I agreed - they bought back the ram they had sold me, fully refunded me (even for the cost of the labor a month ago, which they remembered!), and sent me on my way. Seriously, amazing guys. Throughout the whole process they were so quick, efficient, and friendly. Its so rare to see a company who cares more about their customers than the money theyre pulling in, but I really trust that these guys do. If need be, Ill gladly go to A&O for support again, and I highly recommend everybody else to do the same.

I was having issues with a custom build desktop and thought this might be a good place to have the problem evaluated. This place is close to my work and I liked the idea that they would identify the problem and then give a quote before they began any work. There was a small roadbump in the process of bringing my computer in to see a technician, but Raul reached out to me and really demonstrated this this business cares about its customers and the work done here. Would recommend and will bring any future computer repairs/upgrades here. Im not from the area so it is really nice to have found a place to bring in any issues and know the people working on my computers care about the service they provide.

I brought in my Mac Pro early 2011 model 15 inch laptop for service due to a motherboard / video card issue. The person i spoke to ( Raul) said he couldnt ethically and honestly take my money when he was aware of an apple extended service program for this "known issue". He directed me to the Apple Store at Briarwood Mall to have my unit repaired for free. His honesty saved me upwards of $500. I congratulate Raul... and his ethics. If I ever need to work in the future I will think of him first and recommend him highly.

I really appreciate the service that I received here earlier today. Unfortunately I did not catch his name, but the tech was extremely helpful and courteous, as well as timely. I barely had to wait and he promptly identified the issue with my computer. He did not try to sell me on repairs that I did not need and offered sound advice for what I could do to solve my issue myself without having to submit my computer for repair. I will absolutely come here again, though I hope to not have any more issues!

Dropped of my laptop to get the keyboard replaced. Received it back two weeks later with everything but my pictures and music gone. Turns out a new employee had began to do the wrong work on my laptop, and I was not informed until days later. Terrible communication from the employees, I had to call to get progress updates/approve further work. Didnt have my laptop for the beginning of the semester, lost important documents like my resume and transcripts. Would never recommend to anyone.

As a student, its very difficult for me to be without my computer. I knew exactly what was wrong with my computer, yet the Apple Store could do no better than telling me Id have to wait 3-6 days for my computer to be fixed once I brought it in. The Computer Showcase, the University of Michigans computer store/repair shop, told me the same thing. Apples and Oranges? 20 MINUTES. Thank you Apples and Oranges!

Went in for a quote for a broken computer, I made a mistake and cleaned it with a wet clorox wipe. I turned on my laptop and the issue was fixed, however, as I was leaving one of the employees berated me about how foolish it was to use a wet wipe. I appreciate that I made a mistake but accosting me for it wasnt necessary. Probably will not be going back.

I delivered my Lenovo and was exceptionally pleased with the quality of service. They quote at a reasonable price, and will never steal from you. I thought I had to replace the D/C Jack (charger port), and I found out that I only needed a new charger. This saved me a hundred dollars. The honesty is appreciated.

The individual responsible for this business is personable and kind. In my case, I had a hardware problem (device was "bricked", would not start or even react in any visible way) for which I did not know the cause. The issue turned out to be easy to fix, not requiring any part replacements. He waived all fees.

Raul put more RAM in my iMac and upgraded it. It is almost 5 years old but still works fine...and now it works perfectly! The upgrade went as smooth as could be : ) And the charge was incredibly reasonable and much less expensive than a new iMac!

The owner Rahul spent close to an hour looking up my desktop gaming computers specs and finding just the right chord for what I needed. Hour of time research, and free hardware setup advice in exchange for a 15$ chord. Highly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly. I had a very simple issue with my desktop (broken power supply wire) and it took him just about a minute to solve, and then he said no charge. I would definitely go back with again future issue.
