Absolutely HORRIBLE operational procedures at the Brighton store. I was told when I purchased my washer and dryer last week to "save the boxes" unless something is wrong with your appliances." This should have been the first red flag......should have turned and walked away! I was told to run the washing machine as normal to assess if there are any issues.....THERE ARE!!! Obviously something is defective with the motor as it sounds more like a garbage disposal!!! Upon discovering this I called the store manager immediately to return both appliances for which I requested to "upgrade" to machines with a higher consumer rating.......I also stated that I wanted to add a Dishwasher. I am now 6 days without a washer and dryer, and cannot get someone to either take both appliances back or come and assess the one that does not work! Furthermore, I cant even get the General Manager to stand by the products he sells, take responsibility for the ongoing issue, or offer me an amicable solution to this dilemma. All I keep hearing is that it is my fault for running detergent through the machine on the first run (never was told not to), and also my fault because I should not have called the store, but rather THE MANUFACTURER.....REALLY??? Whatever happened to 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED??!!?? In my opinion, ABC Warehouse employs wannabe car salesman who know NOTHING about the products they peddle, nor do they care to know......they are just passing through. Has anyone else noticed that every time you find the need to go into ABC Warehouse, Brighton, you NEVER see the same face twice?? Whats with the turnover rate?? And where do they find these people????? I dont even give them 1 star.....they dont deserve it.

We spent some time here deciding if we wanted to buy from ABC or not, as we have had a bad experience before. After our last purchase from them we will never buy from them again. They sold us a TV that the screen was shattered and they never checked to make sure it was okay. We live over 60 miles away and had to drive all the way back to this store instead of the one that was closer to us to exchange it. The rest of our furniture which was in stock when we purchased it, was sent to us in two separate deliveries because they "were out of stock" and were not getting anymore for another 3 weeks. This was told to us the day before we were expecting the delivery, after we sold and got rid of all of our old furniture, and TV, and had a get together planned a few days after.The "most" they could do for us was to give us $50 off our total purchase, or cancel our order. They showed no sympathy and were very rude, we had to cancel our plans and make ourselves available for their deliveries which happened late in the day, when we still had to assemble over half of our order. We will NEVER make another purchase from them again.

This is where all the unsuccessful used car sales people work. If you purchase anything from here you have no one to blame but your self. READ the reviews!!!! This place sucks! They do Not stand behind their products. Let me share SOME examples... 1.5 year old stove with paint coming off the burner area. " sorry only a 1 year manufactures warranty " 2.5 year old washer with the rim rusting. " sorry only 1 year manufactures warranty" We have more issues but I would rather not spend all day here. As a manufactures rep myself I understand warranties. That being said, you cant sell your customers high end appliances and at not stand behind them! We did not purchase the cheap entry level stuff. We did not buy our GE stove from GE. We did not buy our LG washer from LG. We purchased all our new homes appliances from ABC. I could go on and on but would rather not waste anymore of my time on the horrible organization. I should have read the reviews myself and I would not be in this situation!

Very misleading sales people. 5 years ago I bought my first home and needed all appliances. Dropped a ton of money to do so. When presented the warranties, they were for 5 years and the sales rep stated that if I didnt use the extended warranty that I get half of it back. So I made my trip to the store to get it back only to find out that the money back is a store credit. Not what I expected but ok, I can find something. Then I was told that I would need original receipts from day of purchase 5 years ago. I asked if they could reprint my receipt and while they could they said it wouldnt be accepted because it says "duplicate" on the receipt. With that said, I am actually looking to buy another house and I planned on using ABC again because of the great deal I got 5 years ago but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Word to the wise, dont trust their sales reps.

After purchasing a refrigerator, and 2 dishwashers from the Brighton store I must say I am ending my patronage at this store. Purchased a dishwasher on 4-2-14 and today it is still not properly put in. They "contract" with a character named Adam, whom I paid $150.00 to install it. After being promised 4 times he would show up (had 4 different days scheduled) I finally gave up on him. In this economy when you purchase an appliance you should stand behind it and anyone you contract out and ABC refused to reimburse me or call another installer and make it right. So guess what, in your quest to save your store $150.00 you just lost all of my and my extended familys appliance purchases. Bad business decision.

Horrible experience. Sold us a Whirlpool Cabrio platinum dryer that does not work and ABC will not back it up. They promise to call back and do not. They keep sending different techs that state the dryer does not get hot and they dont know why and ABC still will not do anything. It is taking 3 hours to dry a simple load of clothes. Forced to take to small claims court to get them to either replace or give money back.The general manager is never there and the manager on duty cant do anything. Will never shop there again.

Salesmen are great, BUT the TV repair service is horrendous. We bought a 55" TV there 2 months ago and recently have had technical issues. There was a serious lack of communication on their "in-home" service policy and the serviceman they sent for repairs was extremely rude and took over a week to update us on repair status, at which time he had not even gotten around to diagnosing what the problem was. Over all, terrible service and lack of general communication outside of the store.

I highly recommend the salesman "Justin Laughman(sp?)" He was knowledgeable, attentive, helpful. Knew the answer to every question and never seemed inpatient with us! Hubby and I where hopping around bed shopping, we are definitely returning here and to this salesman for our purchase!

The place looks run down and it just looks packed full of appliances. If your looking for a good deal your in the right place. If your looking for a super knowledge staff, go somewhere else. Do your homework befor coming here and you will leave with a good deal.

Its a great place to go the prices are perfect the staff is great always willing to help the polo was perfect so is a hot tub lot of restaurants nearby in my room is perfect too I definitely would stay there again
