Hiral Patel

Lots of parking shared with Home Depot customers, Clean well organized store, was able to find everything easily. I was there for some color copies and needed help using the self serve copy machine, proceeded to ask the rep in print copy section. Staff member was very helpful in directing and showing how to use the copy machine.

I have gone in several times to get things printed and the girl at the print counter is just plain rude and acts like it is a big hassle to print something for you, and god forbid you want it in a couple of hours because that apparently is not doable at this store, even though I have had it done in 30mins at other staples.

First of all, there is no workers to help customers locate anything. Secondly, when i found someone to help me they were being extremely rude and passed me on to another worker, who basically threw the calculator i just purchased at me. I wouldnt even give this Staples one star. Never again will i come to this location

The customer service rep do not care about their customers. They would not help me with questions I had about my print job, instead just told me that they couldnt do it. It was a simple format print that they could not figure out. Pure idiots working back there.

We bought 100 folders and they scanned them in under 1 minutes
