Worst Sprint Store in Georgia! We had to go to the store 6 times to get 2 phones programmed. We waited for hours for the completely incompetent store manager to complete the programming of our phones--eric sutherland. Every person that works there has a bad attitude and every customer that goes there leaves unhappy. I watched one problem, after another, after another. Neither the manager or the district manager--could care less about customer satisfaction. The manger is rude, hostile and incompetent. He lies to customers. Lousy service is the motto here folks. After two days of trying to get our new phones up and running we ended up having to go to another location. They solved our issues in less than 1 hour. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE! You are guaranteed bottom of the barrel service from a staff that wishes you would just leave. Amateur hour. This place sucks.

I opened a new line in this store a few weeks ago, I asked to be put on the $60 unlimited plan and the representative said he would do that. A few weeks later I noticed that my bill said I owed $160 and that I had been placed on the $110 family plan. So I contacted a representative via online chat to fix this, he said he would. but I still see that I owe $160 for a plan I didnt sign up for. I decided to contact corporate again to ask to have the problem fixed, I was told a complaint would be submitted and that I would be credited for this error, but I have yet to see this resolved. If it doesnt end up being resolved Im going to have to switch services because I cant afford this. This has honestly been the worst experience with a company that Ive had.

If I could give them a zero rating I would. It was time for our upgrade so my husband went to this store explained to the sales associate that he wanted two phones just alike, everything matching even the gb of the phones. When my husband looked at the order it was two different sizes. The sales associate ordered the phone and they will not correct their mistake. Ask to speak to Manager and he was not any better. Very disappointed with Sprint right now. We called the Customer Care they called the store as well , no luck there. Because the store ordered the phones, the customer care people could not really help us. Thanks Sprint Store in Loganville.

I updated my Iphone and it crashed certain items on my phone. I went my local sprint store where they tried to sell me an upgrade, (no thank you). Then I found the Loganville service center and Patrick. He was AMAZING! He fixed my phone and even though he told me I could upgrade, he understood my need to stay in my older Iphone and worked hard to get it all back up and running. Everyone there was polite and working hard while I was waiting. Great location and I will go the extra mileage to deal with them EVERY time. Thank you Patrick and co-workers.

I came to this sprint store to purchase two phones for my mother and I. Our sales Rep Javonte was AWESOME. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He was very patient and passionate. He was VERY knowledgeable of all of the phones and products. If you are looking for a new phone or new service go to Sprint in Loganville Ga and ask for Javonte. He is THE BEST, you will not be disappointed. I love my new iPhone 7plus and my Sprint service!

Always a great experience when I go to this Sprint store. I walked in right before closing and was greeted with positivity. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name that helped me. He even offered to help with my liquid screen protector. I just wish them had more options for accessories.

Absolutely terrible service. I received so much conflicting information, multiple quotes for all of my lines that contradicted each other, and ultimately no final quote. Because of the poor service, I cancelled my service with Sprint and went elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I SWITCHED FROM VERIZON TO SPRINT BACK IN MAY AND I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MAY CONTRACT BUYOUT REBATE. GOING ON 7 MONTHS. EVERY TIME I CONTACT THEM THEY TELL ME ITS BEING PROCESSED.. WORSE DECISION I EVER MADE!!!!!!

BEST customer service! The staff really helped my fiancé & I out for two hours to get our plan switched and started. They even stayed after hours to continue helping us & didnt complain once. Awesome experience!
