I have tried so many times to give this store the benefit of the doubt but today was the last straw. I ALWAYS sit for an hr plus without any acknowledgment or help while their busy with other customers. Every single problem ive brought to their attention theyve not been able to correct. I am an account holder with Sprint and have been since 2012 i sat for an hr yet again today with no greeting no ill be right with you and when i was finally helped i couldnt even be helped due to not having my license on me ive been to a handful of stores all over and have NEVER been asked for my ID just my name & verification (address, phone #, and pin) i didnt have it on me as my new ones being sent in the mail! Was told well we cannot help you then. Ive never lost my cool like i did today what a waste of an hr. After SO many bad experiences there i can say i DO NOT recommend going there and i will never return. For a corporate store their associates should give A+ service but for myself thats never been the case through the years & ive had it with this store!!!

If it werent for Spencer (the amazing customer service representative) I would have left Sprint after being a 12 year customer. The complicated mess of upgrading a phone is just beyond ridiculous. The only reason I am still with Sprint is because of his willingness to spend 4 hours over 2 days, staying after the store closed, to help me. Sprunt really needs to reconsider the lease to own plans they have now. No one likes them, it confuses everyone, and it makes customers feel less excited about an upgrade. It shouldnt take hours or days to get an upgrade and walk out the door when youve been on the same plan for years or have been upgrading every 2 years for years. Spencer and the store manager Rob really went above and beyond and on that alone is why I gave a high rating. So in essence the rating is for them and unfortunately not directly for Sprint! Thanks again guys and keep up the great work!
