The tire and lube center is the worst I have ever been too. I took my car in 6 days ago to have two of my tires fixed. They replaced them and I went on my way and everything was fine. After a few days my car started making a knocking noise and i was concerned so I took it to an auto place and they informed me that the last place to work on my tires (Walmart in Grand Blanc) didnt put my lug nuts on all the way. This caused my stems on my tire to break and it could have caused a serious accident. My kids obviously ride in the car with me and once I realized the car was making a knocking noise (which was the tiring wabbling back and forth from not being secured) I wouldnt let them ride in the vehicle until I knew what the problem was. I was furiosu with this and when I spoke with the Supervisor (Tiffani) and told her what happened, she asked "what tire was it?" i said the driver side front tire, she actually snickered on the phone and said "sir we didnt even touch those tires." And i said well are you sure considering i brought the damn car in to fix both driver side tires? She said "oh yea thats right we didnt touch the other side (passenger)." I said well you told me you rotated all the tires but whatever. The last thing she said was "well what would you like me to do about this? You can come in and fill out an incident if you want" and i said what will that do, she said "they will probably just do an investigation into this." Seriously I dont even know what else to say about this except this is the worst service ive ever received and the worst part is, im explaining what happened to this lady and SHES the one who put the tire on and she has the nerve to snicker when I tell her what happened. Just do your self a favor, avoid this Walmart.

I am a very good customer here I come very often and I have been very displeased with the under cover security following me around ALL the time. I obviously know who they are and they still try to act shady and follow me. 2 of the worst security I have ever seen. I have seen people stealing and even told them and they just stare like they have no sense. I wouldnt come here but I am very sick and need a lot of prescriptions and this is very close. I wish they would hire some new Undercover Security or train them to do there job and not STALK. This is NOT my first complaint for them either.

Everything under one roof. The brilliant part is that they have added ethinic sections to attract the local population and made truly good work out of it. For example, they now have an Indian section. Although the powers that be in the chain have not looked into it with the seriousness with which it is deserved, yet they have made a beginning. I honestly wish they take a customer feedback on the foods required in that particular section, to make the most of what they have started to offer to the community. Overall you step in, you get almost everything from a pin to an elephant !!!!

I went to pick up a pack of cigarettes. I typically have a great experience. The one line with the cigarettes had no employee so I went to the next line with NOBODY in it. I showed my Id and the Black Girl (ya Im calling you out) with the bad weve and ponytail REFUSED to get them. The line she directed me to had carts full of groceries. You were too busy talking to your friend to help me. I couldnt find the store manager or this would have been addressed. Thank You to the Subway employee. Super friendly and fast especially being there all by himself. Kudos.

The bathrooms are always disgusting, usually at least 25% of perishable food is moldy and more times than not either can not find an employee for help or they are to busy talking with one another to notice your even there. They allow their employees to be lazy and rude, the managerial employees never resolve the behavior and/or they do not have managerial level employees for resolution. They always have cops at location due to shop lifting or persons with little to no self discipline. This place needs a major attitude and operations overhaul!!

Worst Walmart Ever. The store is dirty, it takes forever to find a shopping cart that is not broken, the employees are extremely unhelpful and appear to be miserable in their job. The only explanation is that management must be just awful in this store. The shelves are a mess and the produce is terrible. The electronics department employees are the WORST! They actually get ticked off if you ask them for help and move in complete and utter slow motion. Bottom line....Terrible dirty store with terrible customer service. Dont go.

Its Wal-Mart... I guess if you want to work your way up to a management position, you can walk around and look important, all while doing nothing. Ive seen management stand around while the couple check out lanes that are open, are 8 deep. Put your management skills to work and open a register to help people get out of your store. Ive also had the "pleasure" of watching a manager yell at and downgrade a fellow employee on the floor. I guess all of this is just corporate America at its finest.

Customer service here is pretty sad. No employee is really motivated to help you. (They restocked and moved all their merchandise around, so everything is now in a different aisle)Its as if youre putting them out to have to DO THEIR JOB. Only One employee spoke to me, the entire time I was In the store. The store is clean though Ill give them that, and they have a better grocery section/selection than Wal-Mart in White lake. ( where by the way is even worse in customer service. )

Walmart has cornered the phrase: One stop shopping. Everything you would need is right there at one store. Clean and well stocked helps any customer find whatever. I have to admit that towns across the country allow way to many Walmart stores to be built. We are all aware that by doing this many of our neighbors become jobless due to their retail employers closing down. As of today there are more than enough Walmarts built in the US. Stop building new stores.

This is not a good store there killing the smaller familly run shops they treat there employees poorly and there is never anyone around when u need help in certain departments u have to wait atleast 10 min. There are never enough cashiers which equals long lines I have left a cart full of food because of the lines they have all those checkouts but only 2-3 are open this is how they treat there customers please boycot all walmarts

The staff is mostly friendly. Almost impossible to find a worker on the floor to help find things. Also the store was just re-arranged and the new layout is less efficient in my opinion. Compared to Fenton or Owosso Wal-Mart there are fewer product options across the board. Frequently during busy times they have only 3 or 4 registers open creating a long check-out wait time. Overall this is an average store.
