Worst buying experience of my life...!!! My boyfriend, Blake, bought a fridge through Best Buy in Flint, Michigan on December 1st. Our original delivery date was December 6th, 2016. When the refrigerator was delivered that day, it was discovered that it was damaged to the point that the door would not close correctly. A call was made to the store manager to inform them of the damaged product. Unfortunately, the delivery truck was long gone and could not be taken back that day. Our rescheduled delivery/exchange date was on December 13th, 2016. The delivery company was a no call/no show. Again, we called Best Buy on the issue and we were rescheduled for December 26th, 2016. On December 26th, 2016 my boyfriend received a call,not even an hour into the delivery appointment period, stating that the refrigerator would not be delivered because it was received damaged and that they would need to reschedule the delivery with an undamaged product... AGAIN. Our delivery date was set again. January 5th, 2017 was when our refrigerator was supposed to be delivered between 4pm and 8pm. My boyfriend and I do not get home before 330pm, so it was crucial that the product was delivered during the indicated delivery period. Blake got a call from the delivery driver around lunch time saying that he was on his way to oureach home to deliver the fridge, even though we werent there!!! Blake called the store manager who then called the delivery driver stating that the fridge WILL be delivered between 4pm and 8pm, the specified and predetermined delivery period. AGAIN, THIS WAS A FREAKING NO CALL AND NO SHOW DELIVERY. At this point, I myself was unbelievably fed up with this unacceptable service. On Friday, January 6th 2017, I called Best Buy in FLINT myself. I was on hold for over AN HOUR AND A HALF before I gave up and called the corporate Best Buy customer service hotline. My first attempt yielded no information. I gave the represent myou boyfriends phone number and full name. No account was found. I acquired the order number and called back. When I finally spoke to someone and told them of my problem, I was told that there was no delivery date and time for the 5th between 4pm and 8pm, even thought I had the appointment confirmation email RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME on my computer screen. Instead, the rep said that the appointment was for Satursay, January 7th 2017, between 12 and 4pm. I explained to her that this was not correct, and that the delivery driver was a no call/no show on the 5th. And not only THAT, but this "new" appointment was set and determined without confirmation ot even any freaking notification to my boyfriend whatsoever!!! NONE!!! I was then put through to the contracted delivery warehouse line, to the people in Chicago who was supposed to be delivering to us. I was on hold for at least 20 minutes before I was able to speak to someone. The person who answered the phone asked what I needed, and I explained THE WHOLE situation once again (as you can see, its a long story). He offered compensation and I declined, just wanting the cursed fridge at this point. I told him that I would even be home between 12 and 4pm on Saturday (now today) and that I needed the fridge delivered between 8am and 12pm, no exceptions. I was told, in short, NO, that there was nothing he could do. Meanwhile, Im on the phone with Blake. He hears the entire conversation. After fighting with the warehouse guy for 15 to 20 minutes, I finally hang up. Im still on the phone with Blake when he gets a call from the warehouse supervisor who says that he will ensure the refrigerator is delivered between 8am and 12pm on Saturday the 7th (today). He accepts. So now its Saturday the 7th. At around 8:30am this morning, Blake gets a call saying that, YET AGAIN, FOR THE FIFTH FREAKING TIME, that the fridge WILL not be delivered BECAUSE IT LEFT CHICAGO WITHOUT IT ON THE TRUCK. My mind is absolutely blown at this point and its been over a FREAKING MONTH since this product has been paid for and NOT delivered. THE FIFTH FREAKING TIME.

Went to return a defective dash cam at 2:00 pm 6/6/2016, no one at the service counter, so I called store from my cell, while I was standing there I could hear there phone ringing, I allowed it to ring more than 40 times, and no one came by to answer it, I left and went home, I called corporate office and lodged a complaint. Today 6/7/2016 10:00am, I did catch a person at the counter, I tried to exchang , but I was ignored, then I remebered, price a new laptop, so I headed back to the computer section, where I was ignored for 20 minutes, I decided to purchase my computer elsewhere and tried to check out, people at the return desk were so confused it was not funny, I redialed HD and began lodging another complaint while they were trying to figure why I was exchanging. THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT LET ANYONE YOU KNOW WASTE THE TIME HERE

I Hate best buy I usually never go there. There prices are outrageouam and there stuff is usually junk. But I saw they had a deal on a new car radio so I decided I would give it a try. I ended up waiting 35 minutes for a sales person. I asked 1 person he told me he was helping a customer, then he just continued stocking. I asked another and he told me he would page someone I waited anther 10 minutes as I watched employees stand around and do nothing I asked one of them and he replied with I will help you in a minute, but never came to help. After 45 minutes I finally found someone to help me. Well they tried to scam me by telling me I needed all this stuff to install my new radio when all I needed was a kit. Im never going there again

Horrible experience trying to return a quadcopter that wouldnt stay connected to my remote. Mind you I had flown it once for about 5 minutes then it got stuck 100 feet in the air because the remote disconnected from the drone. I packaged everything back up to return it today and nothing was broken inside the box. Once inside I went to go look for another drone to purchase and couldnt find one that I liked. In the meantime the customer service lady had opened up the box and when I returned upfront she said it was going to be a 15% restocking fee because the Styrofoam on the outside was broken. Which was NOT true. Ill never shop at best buy again for anything.

Just purchased a TV sound bar, and might I say I couldnt be more disgusted... The sound bar is good. But the employees took the liberty of unboxing the unit, and slapping price stickers all over the black finish, and wouldnt you know, its the stickers that dont just peel off. Now this gift sound bar is covered in sticker gunk, and looks like it came from a house containing many children who love to smear candy all over everything. Wonderful. Do yourself a favor and just go on amazon. It might take a few days for shipping but its better than scratching a sound bar for 35 minutes... trust me.

Company decided to void the transaction I made on a fairly large amount of gift cards. I cant begin to explain how embarrassing it is to have people contact you to ask why the gift you purchased for them was voided. I am out the shipping of these items and wish someone from BB would have picked up the phone. Lets see if they attempt to make this situation right. Edit: John from Best Buy helped smooth this situation over and as such I am updating my review from 1 to 4 stars. Mistakes will happen from time to time, but how a company handles those mistakes makes all the difference.
