My aunt and I bought two iPhones, advertised as new, from this store . Soon after, I realized the GPS on the phone didnt work, the wifi capability was compromised and the phone couldnt ring for incoming calls. My aunts phone was even worse as it didnt have an IMEI number and had similar issues. I took mine to an Apple store, and they said that screws were missing and other components were counterfeit. Going back to this store to confront AT&T about selling me a fake iPhone, I encountered a terribly unprofessional store clerk who didnt admit to selling me a refurbished product. After getting off the phone with Apple, they said theyve been seeing increasing instances of iPhones with similar problems coming from this area. I suspect its this store. Only after too many calls with the corporate AT&T headquarters did they replace my phone. Dont buy any products from this Quincy store. The only thing worse than their inferior products is their ill tempered customer service.

WARNING!!!!!!!! After waiting for over an hour for the ONE employee to ring out a girls cellphone case, we finally were seen. Only to work with someone who clearly doesnt know what they are doing because they put an AT&T SIM card into a Verizon phone that clearly had "VERIZON WIRELESS" written on it. The phone immediately had issues in the store because of this, the guy told us to call Verizon customer service and have them "unlock the Internet on the phone". My father has worked for Verizon for 18 years and has never heard of this. So we went to a Verizon store to "unlock the Internet on the phone" and they all looked at us like we had 6 heads. Now we are on a new VERIZON plan, and wasted money we already didnt have (no refund after 48 hours! SCAMMERS) at this AT&T store because the people at this store dont know how to do their jobs.

My dad had a broken phone (he had a basic flip phone) and we went in to purchase a new one, figuring it was going to cost us at least $100. We saw the manager here, who checked our account to see if we had insurance, which we did not. He then said that because of the timing of our plan, it would be easier to just go to WalMart and purchase an AT&T Go flip phone and switch the SIM cards, because otherwise a new phone through them would be $180. We did that and the new phone ended up being $15 - saving us a ton of money. I was happily surprised how honest the manager was and grateful that he wasnt just trying to make money off of us, but was happier keeping a customer happy. Thanks so much!

Never had better customer service from any other cell phone store and couldnt be happier with the prices and how professional and courteous the staff was. They solved our issues, lowered or bill, and got both of us into new phones which was above and beyond our expectations! We didnt think we were eligible for new phones the day we went in, but both of us walked out with brand new Galaxy S5s.... AND an new tablet without spending a fortune! I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for top notch customer service, a great deal, a solution to your problem or an answer to your question! For us they did it all!

Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable about products and pricing plans. Always takes the customers best interest as their top priority. They solve your problems quickly and respectfully. This store is in a different league above any other cellular phone store that I have been too. I am fiercely loyal to this store because they are so good and I have never found another store to be able to hold a candle to these guys. I highly recommend that you consider the drive to Quincy.

Returned to this store after a change in staffing and Im very disappointed with the change. New employees have poor eye contact when speaking with customers, mumble, and have poor knowledge of products and AT&T policy. Ill be looking for a new retail location, maybe also a new carrier.
