These people should be in jail. I bought a phone at this store after I had been a Verizon customer for 2 years, so I had a phone upgrade to redeem. When I got home I realized he never put the receipt in my bag. Concerned, I contacted Verizon to make sure everything was fine. Well, it wasnt. They charged me FULL retail price for the phone and my bill was going up 30 dollars a month for 24 months. Furious, I went back to TCC and returned the phone. Strangely he was very polite and gave me a full refund and didnt even charge the usual 35 dollar restocking fee. I went to a real Verizon store to purchase a phone, where they told me that TCC in fact CASHED IN my phone upgrade and purchased a phone with it. There was nothing Verizon could do since this is a third party retailer. This is not a real Verizon store, these are crooks!

Do not buy anything from these crook. They sold me a phone over a year ago, and i also purchased there special insurance plan, so if my phone was damaged i could simply walk in and get a new one. Well my phone was damaged and apparently it doesnt work that way. ive been phoneless for over two weeks while i wait for them to get a shipment. summed up, this verizon dealer is a very dishonest store

Nothing but good experiences here. Not sure what xandor is talking about though, the monthly charge on the bill is the new way Verizon and all other carriers do upgrades now. In turn for the monthly device payment Verizon lowers cost of bill. all in all great store and would recommend to friends!

Hate this store!! People are so rude. Try to sell you things you dont need without explaining what it is they are trying to sell. Never opens on time. This will be the store that makes me switch to another company and Iv been with Verizon for 14 years!

I came in today and me and my wife upgraded our phones. The guy Marc I believe who helped us was awesome. We are very happy with his service and he was very patient with us. If he is there in future situations I will gladly come straight to him.
