Wow! Where do I start...Danny Diaz was amazing! He not only successfully did what no one else could & his personality, compassion & resourcefulness was beyond any service Ive even gotten. I also wish I could thank the other people that help me on the phone rather than via a survey that you cant specifie the person (I lost my phone for the first time...devistating) I have been an AT&T customer for a long time only under a different name. Basically I cant rave enough about Danny & Brian Ferreira who was there both times when I went into the Hingham store. They were not only helpful, but made my day by entertaining me during the extra time spent there for downloading. Again, Wow! Outstanding! I will tell everyone I know! Kazoos to Danny & Brian! I went into AT&T At The Shipyards with a broken phone. I was very frustrated and angry. Mackenzie and manager Daniel Diaz were friendly and helpful, putting me at ease during a very difficult time. I left the store in a completely different state of mind from when I first walked in. This was not an easy feat. Kudos to Mackenzie and Daniel for truly helpful customer service -- a rarity from corporations these days. Thank you!

My data plan was really becoming a problem so I dropped in to AT&T in Hingham. I was blown away by how quickly and easily my issue was resolved. Mackenzie was fantastic and got me set up on a new plan within minutes. I can not image getting this kind of service at any other location. I will definitely be going back to this store for any future mobile issues/needs.
