RUN AWAY! NO DISCLOSURE AND UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES! A rep told me that there were no hidden fees attached to a free tablet they were giving away as a Christmas promotion. Pay $99 now and get a $99 rebate. I asked about whether there were any extra fees for the tablet. He swore there werent. You can guess what happened. As I prepared the rebate, I noticed that the tablet came with an additional $10/month fee, a 2 year agreement with a $175 termination fee, as well as a one-time $35 activation fee. I immediately returned the tablet, but they refused to refund the $35 activation fee. I had to go argue for hours with a rep at Verizonwireless. Unfortunately, theres more. I was there to get my son an Iphone for Christmas and add a $30 data plan to our family plan. The rep told me that I could save $20/month on my plan if we changed to a different plan with shared gigabyte data, based on our low data usage. This turned out to be another baldfaced lie. Turns out this new plan costs the same amount we would have paid staying with our own plan, yet, instead of getting 2GB data each, we share 3GB. We were then charged a $30 fee, for overages which Verizonwireless has refused to refund. Unfortunately, this isnt the end of the story. I just received my credit card statement, and there are four charges for insurance from TechProtect, when I specifically told the rep I DID NOT WANT any insurance on my sons phone. This company appears to have my credit card information and is charging away at will. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SLEAZY GUYS BTW, hw is it possible for a cell phone retailer to get all five-star reviews (especially given my own experience) and absolutely no negative reviews other than mine? Its obvious that the good reviews are fakes and have been paid for by the company.

I was in distress when my old Galaxy 5 crapped out at the head of my 6 week New England vacation. Found this Verizon full service store a mile from where I was staying. Decided to look here for new (better) phone. Read the reviews and was hoping for Ken or James S, but was met at the door by.....Cory. In desperation, I let him wait on me and told him my situation. Cory was WONDERFULL. He was knowledgeable, experienced, and really listened to what I needed. He is a great representative of an efficient and helpful Verizon Employee! He guided me away from the Galaxy 8 and toward the Moto Droid, because of better features for what I personally value. While Cory was handling my paperwork and data transfer, another unidentified salesman walked over in his "managerial white shirt" (he was a real Ginger). This guy started up-selling me every accessory I inquired about, including some I probably didnt need. Before I knew it, I paid them more than 200 including phone activation fees. At least Cory was able to save me 20/Mo on data plan reduced to all we need! To recap: Cory provided fantastic customer service; Ginger should go back to Gilligans Island!

I went in to the store with a black screen and dealt with Zach. The insurance that I pay for allows me to get a brand new phone from the store. They did not have any left in stock so he called the insurance company and some lady Nicole who provided very poor customer service and said they would give me a certified pre-owned phone. I explained to them that was unacceptable due to the fact I pay extra in insurance every month and that I wanted a brand new phone. Nicole kept insisting that they can only give me a pre-owned phone which was completely unacceptable so I hung up on her. Zach then went above and beyond to find a brand new phone for me from West Springfield Massachusetts and it was set aside for another customer, Zach called that customer to see if he still needed the phone and the customer did not, They are shipping the phone out tomorrow for me. I have never received such excellent service from that store until today when I met Zach. I highly recommend dealing with him if you are to ever go in that store. Thank you Zach!

Here I am at my mothers trying to figure out some spurious charges on her bank account. In May she was having difficulty with her Sprint phone and was sent to the Seabrook store. She could not find the Sprint Store (located apparently in RadioShack) and went into the Verizon store saying she was looking for Sprint . Instead of telling her how to get to the Sprint store (which was only 1/10 mile away!), they said, "Oh, we can help you." What they did was help themselves!!! They changed her plan from Sprint to Verizon, sold her a new phone, and to top it off INSURED the damn thing to the tune of $4.99 month. With a TWO YEAR CONTRACT well, the amount shes paying for mobile protection would buy her two phones outright... since she does not do the smart phone thing. Is this how companies treat seniors? YEP! Pick on someone else please. Now we have to go through the hassle of getting rid of the ECH*TECHPROTECT PREMIUM and getting her OUT of her Verizon contract.

The associate that begins with a N, was very sneaky and took atvantage of me. I went in with e SIM card issue and he opened the back of the phone which isnt a removable back and instantly told me my phone was defective.. not sure how he qucikly came to that conclusion. Then he convinced me to get a phone that is al out 2 years old as if it was a better phone. I had a Samsung and he sold me a LG not the new Samsung which would have been the same amount. Then charged me for a set up, he then took my phone and gave me credit for it. I left confused and not even 24 hours later I went back because I didnt want what happened I wanted my phone and wanted to take it to Best Buy. He then told me that the phone was gone and they couldnt get it back. I asked to speak to the manager and they dont have managers in the store. They were not helpful and blew me off. Im not stuck with a 700 dollar phone and I dont even like it. Worst service ever.

Was very disappointed in Verizon wireless store here in Seabrook, NH. Have been a customer at this store in the past and was very satisfied with the customer service at those times. Not so this time. A salesman convinced me to order an iPad mini 4 ( was out of stock.) I was told of a deal available with $100 off with purchase on 4/7/16 when order was placed. I was notified of delivery on April 12th and drove there (it was out of my way.) after I got there, was told there is no promotion, and that the promotion was " a couple of weeks ago" when I asked if the salesman lied to me (telling me of promotion on the 7th when order was placed.) They were unable to determine the employee/salesman who helped me and entered the order on the 7th. I was going to purchase today, but felt they did a BAIT & SWITCH... So I left the store without purchasing. Too bad. This store used to be better

This store was a great experience. I have to especially thank my sales clerk Ian Nemicolla. A very knowledgeable person about everything I asked him. He even went to another store personally to get the model of phone I wanted because they did not have any in stock. The next day a problem arise with the phone and he gave his number to contact him. I did early that evening. Not only did he take the call but contacted the company on how to fix it. We scheduled another visit and he had me going and even went the extra mile to show a few options that I ought to know. The best part was that I chose to move to an android phone from an iPhone and due to Ian I am so glad I did. I would suggest that guy visitors store and ask for him personally. You will be a happy customer when you walk out and feel you made the right decision. Thanks again Ian for all the help.
