I would give them 5 stars but they are way to slow they either need to hire more help or bring back the the bill paying machine. That would make things sooooo much faster.

They offer you something and then the next day they make you waste time and make you wait long hours to tell you never mind. Your better off going to another provider .

Very busy but still on top of their customers in the best way. Im a Verizon customer and they still squeezed me in when I was in a jam to help me with a phone issue!
