I went in to this location twice for service on my new Galaxy S4 I purchased there. I waited 20 minutes each time and left. It was like I was invisible. Staff never said once, "Ill be right with you Sir". One of the girls at the front desk was talking small talk with the customer prolonging the wait time. Better go there once they open or 10 minutes before they close. Ridiculous.

This place is a bunch of scam artists. Associate convinced me to buy an iPad when I only wanted a phone because of I traded mine in it would be "free". Now Im paying almost $100 over what he told me I would be and "cant help me" the manager was supposed to call me and never did and every time I call no one answers the phone.
