this mall REALLY NEEDS to start getting its act together because honestly i do NOT anymore see all the Hype about this place since everything started to change around 2005-09 and now today VERY different place from wjat i remember: i see MORE than 60% of Womens Stores while Mens in this place are almost non existent that or are near closing into some cheap bootlegged TJX Type store which will get very little to any service there is HARDLY any customer service found here except for that STUPID Button on the 2nd floor near where all those brochures are really thats supposed to help us? and visitors outside the City/ State? and now a BIG riot over the lack of Tickets sold to a rapper/celtics player appearance and only 200+ were issused? how are they supposed to support a crowd of over a THOUSAND!? everything here hss changed from the stores/service food+ food court/selection of variety available and the clientele this mall REALLY needs to improve i have basically stopped coming here after being a 16+ year customer that + city wide bag ban no thank NO PAPER for this person sorry CSG i still do shop here but NOW i see what you are slowly becoming low end and little by little run down into a average shopping center like every other mall not the same AT ALL! #SignOfTheTimes.

Accessibility - Variety *This location is still under construction as of the writing of this and deserves a new review once completed. Since it is open to the public and conducting business already though, here is a current review. * This is a massive shopping mall with a long list of stores to boast. Not far into the front entrance is a map of the building, which sorts stores by type. An alphabetical listing would also have been helpful since we knew which store we were looking for by name. There is currently only one obvious elevator for the public and it is slow and not particularly large, often leaving people waiting for the next one, plus its not really clear how it works as no matter which direction it is supposed to be going it seems to do what it wants. Otherwise accessibility for wheelchairs and strollers is fine within the mall, though some smaller stores may be difficult to navigate (this is left up to the individual businesses, of course). Looking forward to seeing it completed. Current construction is not much of an inconvenience, more an eyesore if anything, except as mentioned the need for more elevator availability.

It has been years since Ive been at this sorry excuse for a mall. One side of the mall has no escalators forcing you to have to walk to the other side of the mall just to travel between floors. And forget about taking the non existant micro sized elevator that never comes to the requested floor. Last night I had to also endure a cleaning lady who decided that out of all the space there was in the food court it would be a GREAT idea to park her foul smelling, dirty water mop bucket next to and leave it there. But that wasnt enough. She then proceeded to mop right next to me hitting my seat with the mop repeatedly. When I asked if she would like me to move she told me no so I continued eating my food. She then proceeded to mop behind me and UNDER MY SEAT as if I didnt feel her still hitting the back of my seat with the mop. Another housekeeping staff member thought it would be a good idea to continuously reach over me while I was being serviced by a cashier at the Newsstand. I swear the employees that work there are the most miserable and rude people.

Alles gut strukturiert.

I spent 2 hours back and forth on the phone with one of the managers there named Nick who seems to believe he understands the credit card process better than my bank. This manager, after one of his un qualified stupid sales staff screwed up my purchased, was belligerent with both me and my bank. After finally getting my credit card in order from their screw up, I went to the South Bay store which was graceful, attentive, polite, professional and efficient. This is now the following day and I am waiting for their consumer relations department to open so as to file a complaint. Those of you who have issues with this store, I encourage you to call the toll free number and ask for CONSUMER RELATIONS, not customer service, and register your complaint

CambridgeSide Galleria Mall is the quintessential "mall from high school." Here you can find all of your typical stores in the young adults stream - Aeropostale, American Eagle, etc. You can also find some cost-effective, but nice, clothing stores - T.J. Maxx, Ann Taylor, Express. It has a typical food court, with the required soft pretzels, coffee, stir fry, and others. The mall is large, with three levels and plenty of stores to choose from. It manages to cover any category you might be looking for - beauty, clothes, technology, etc. If youre looking to buy some basics, this is a good mall. If youre looking for Gucci, head on over to Prudential Center, instead.

A grand, multi-level indoor shopping center with wonderful tables & chairs beside a lagoon outside and a variety of affordable stores within, many of them with youth-appeal. A couple of family restaurants supplement the large food court. The location is superb: a couple of blocks from a terminal with buses to Cambridge & Somerville & a subway into Boston, the lagoon paths open onto a scenic riverwalk vista leading to MIT, & the Museum of Science is just a 10-minute stroll away. Its especially festive at Christmastime, though the elaborate hanging decorations are starting to show their age.
