They are looking for the upscale mall with great stores look. They succeed with the store part but thats as far as it goes. Frequent broken escalators. The one near the Back Bay Station entrance has been out of service for over 3 weeks including as I write this review. That time period included "Black Friday" . One would think the people who run this mall would be on top of their game with something like this and in this day and age of online purchasing, would hustle to get this fixed in a timely manner. Even MBTA stations have their escalators fixed within 48 hours..........

Far too classy for my taste, but more so the atmosphere sucks - as a "normal" person who identifies with the 99% out there, I feel unwelcome passing through. The closest things here to standard establishments that your average Joe could even afford would be Au Bon Pain, Legal Sea Foods and the GAP. Just go across the street to the Prudential Center instead. Its a lot better over there, though there are also a few similarly conceited places there that Id never patronize, but it still feels a lot less xenophobic there.

Pretty cool place. They call it an arcade but theres no video games. I walked around the entire thing looking for video games. Stopped a mall cop and he told me I was in it lol. Then was surprised when I was looking for video games LML. The set up is cool. You dont have to wear a coat to go shopping. The complex is huge and connects to surrounding hotels. I was able to walk out of the Marriott and walk through the bridge to the mall and Sheraton, etc all while indoors. Thought it was really cool.

Decent mall with only upscale stores. Since losing American Eagle its lost some of its appeal though it still has Gap and Banana Republic as well as J. Crew. Its undergoing some major renovations right now so many stores are closed or in temporary spaces. Looking forward to when the renovations are complete. Parking is expensive in the mall garage or unless you know you are planning on buying something so you can validate parking, make sure to seek out a cheaper garage.

It is a standard American hotel but the rooms and beds are very comfortable with all the usual trimmings. The hotel is central with easy access to all areas of Boston.Bars and nightlife just a short walk away either through the attached mall area or out the the front of the hotel Amazing 24hr supermarket across the road for late night attack of the munchies without having to call room service Breakfast is well laid out with a good choice of either full or continental.

Un gran Centro comercial a lo que a tamaño se refiere, durante mi visita habían algunos locales cerrados, su estilo moderno le da un toque muy chic al centro, para mi gusto Le hace falta tiendas más conocidas y accesibles en cuanto a precios

The Copley Place, connected to the Prudential Center, is a great place to shop if youre looking for designer and higher-priced items. I always feel quite posh when I walk through here...until I realize I cant afford anything. Its always fun to poke around, though, and occasionally I find something worth spending the money on. Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Pink, those kind of stores - but this mall is clean, modern, and fun to walk through.

Hilariously judgemental staff in just about every single store. The up-mark in every single store, just because its in Copley, is honestly quite embarrassing. Even the ridiculously wealthy should recognize whats happening and ignore it. On the bright side, its a big indoor mall with a lot of fancy stores. Its very bright and connects all the way to Back Bay Station and the Prudential Centre. No need to walk outside!

Copley Place is perhaps one of the poshest malls in the Boston area. Every upscale store you can think of is around the corner. The mall also features generous and comfortable seating spaces and some really good places for eating. It does currently have some construction-related pains, but other than that is slightly better than your regular mall in terms of conveniences.

Dont let the big stylish names fool you. This is a shopping mall for everyone, every taste and style. No its not discount stores, it is nice selections from buying that one time sandal or shoe from Payless to the party gown from Lord and Taylors! With several places to eat including New York Cheese Factory and California Pizza.

Copley Place is the Rodeo Drive of Boston. A beautiful mall, featuring high end stores from John Varvatos to Neiman Marcus. Copley Mall is the #1 destination for higher end retail in Massachusetts. Its design is perfectly situated, attached to the Prudential Center and easily accessible from Boylston, Huntington, and Mass Ave.

This mall is small, and being in the heart of Boston slightly more upscale. It suffers, however, from struggling between a normal mall atmosphere and not really having anything affordable for the "common buyer", so a lot of people end up going outside of Boston to find mall store type products that they actually need.

Copley mall is a great mall, all except the mice infeststion,I was sitting down waiting on a friend and a mouse ran right into my shoe trying to get to the other side and Ive been to this mall couple times a week and EVERY time Im hear I see at least two mice going back and forth,I hate sitting down in this mall.

Security will fill w you into the bathroom And come and look in your stall every few minutes to rush you out. I have a bowel disorder and this was very embarrassing and angering. Then the security was so rude to me. He didnt believe that I had a medical condition. Not a good place to visit.

It is nice looking, but all the stores are overpriced and sizes run big so I mostly fit in nothing since I am petite. Its a lot like a maze with bad directions. Also they do not open early enough on Sundays in my opinion. And parking cost $20 for less than 2 hours which is robbery.

Very nice place to spend an evening at, although quite expensive shops. Parking is paid for the garage, although if you can find a metered street-spot around, thatd be cheaper. Just be careful of the street parking signs; several spots are for resident parking only.

Usually stay here for work. Really enjoy it, but they do charge for wifi, so keep that in mind. They have a direct connection to the mall by a walkway on the 2nd floor of the hotel, so you easily have access to restaurants and shops without needing a coat.

Upscale urban mall in BackBay. Connections to the Shops at Prudential Center, retail and department stores, Prudential Tower, hotels, apartments and public transportation. Pretty quiet mall, which is good for those who really want to shop.

Super zum Bummeln und shoppen - viele kleine Läden aber auch bekannte Marken sind dort vertreten

How much can you pack into one place? Copley answers that with hotels, shopping, restaurants and more in the heart of Boston. Parking is a bit tight and pricy in the garage, but everything else is worth the trip.

Cool indoor mall. Expensive, but it has all the fun shops. and the eating choices are quite good. Fact that it allows you to stay indoors when doing a conference at the attached conference center, is a plus.
