Not the cleanest of places compared to shopping centers not too far from here, South Shore Plaza or the Shoppes at Dedham Mall but has all the major mall type stores and isnt crowded. Just not in the safest of towns/cities. Most stores are accessible from their own entrances so it is a great shopping center to just go to the store you want and not have to trek through any crowds shopping malls attract. Also, dont expect to find helpful or happy workers at a minority of the stores. They dont want to do any extra for you if something isnt on the floor and Ive had some rude customer service at a couple of stores at different periods of time. I only go to the Westgate Mall if I need to acquire something and Im in the area. If Im going to be making a trip to the mall, Westgate is at the bottom of my list, regardless of how far my next option for a store is. If youre here looking to see if you should go to this place to shop or spend time, I recommend not to and depending on where you are, outside of Brockton, there is a mall within 10 miles in every direction...

Apresentação do supermercado é boa mas tem produtos caros comparado com outros supermercados nos mesmos produtos expostos. Poderá compensar em algumas linhas de artigos só porque não encontra em outro supermercado mas prepare-se porque vai chegar no caixa e vai pagar bem.

Its nice but should have a larger variety of known stores. One reason why they always have bad businesses is because they are these weird (phone cases, weird clothing, non interesting)stores. I feel if they put in more known or just interesting stores and businesses they would be so much more successful. Some positives are the market basket which gets huge amounts of costumers and the upcoming Starbucks that everyone is talking about that they are Building. Things like that could bring more people and just make this mall a more interesting and lively place.

Im from Madison and Hilldale has always been popular with the locals! Its recently undergone a big remodeling. It has a Sundance theater. It also has many great restaurants-Cafe Hollander (German, Western Europe, great beer & wine selection), Porta Alba (Italian), Pasquals (Tex Mex) and the list goes on. Lastly, many nice clothing, cosmetic and speciality stores.

It used to be a fully functioning mall about 5-8 years ago. It seems like they are transitioning to add better shops which is a good thing. They do have some quality places to shop, but it is still in the midst of transitioning. One should not expect the same thing you would from a Simon Mall, but it is a good place to spend some time and pick up a few items.

This is a nice small mall possibly for one get out for a stroll or relax on a bench with ice cream ect There is Macys & Best Buy & old navy among other stores if you need to buy some few items. But for the serious mall shopper/browser I would suggest the South Shore Plaza in Braintree, MA.... much bigger mall with more store options and product inventory .

Has your staple wall stores, but it is a little dated. The stores are typically a small version of the store. For example, Best Buy will not carry all the products you would normally see. Also, a lot of displays are missing or broken in the stores. Overall, it is a serviceable mall, but not one you go out of your way for.

I dont stand why market basket is making more money. Know I see why more people shop either at the deedham mall,south shore plaza because of customer loyalty and they are super honest with time.when I get my driver license .I am shopping there permitly.I will advice people who is looking for a job to apply some where else

The mall itself is ok. I just went in to Joannes Fabrics. I was extremely disappointed with their lack of stock. I was looking for some Character fabric for my grandson. They had nothing . I usually go to the one in Raynham but i was closer to Westgate. Waste of time, I ended up at the Raynham store.

Went this morning to get a coffee for my daughter. I sat in the drive for a full 20 minutes. There were 4 cars ahead of me when I pulled up. One car in front of mr drove away. Two cars behind me left. When I dropped the coffee off to my daughter it wasnt even the right coffee. I will never go back

I was at the mall shopping for a few things I asked the security if he could direct me to the proper place to take a bus, he was so helpful he made a call to find out the schedule, directed me to the appropriate place where the bus picks up. I could not of asked for more. Great people.

I go for the shoe stores, Expressions and a place called pierced utopia. ITS NOT a piercing shop but has lots of body jewelry of a good variety at reasonable prices. They have all materials from stainless to natural as well as rings and all varietiess of body jewelry.

The employees at westgate mall almost every store accept for market basket,Lowes,food restaurant are not Discriminating against everyone.Westgate mall is the worst place to shop at I will get equal advantage in Braintree mall. They have common sense more

Not many stores here appeal to me. I love Old Navy but that store specifically at this mall is horrible. There is not a store in there that I can buy clothes from. Other than that it is a very clean mall. Just wish there was better stores in there.

Too expensive like any mall USA. Not much selection as Brockton is a town of drug addicts and pushers. Local state representative gave illegal aliens and drug runners a heads up there was going to be raids across Brockton. A read dump.

Ive been shopping there FOREVER and I love it. I wish they had not gotten rid of Brighams Ice Cream. I also with they had continued with the movie theater idea instead of a Market Basket! A movie theater would bring in tons of business.

Westgate Mall isnt the best place to shop. All the big stores are closing one by one. Macys closed couple of months ago and the dollar store is gone too. Itll be much better if more of clothing stores come to this location.

Very simple Mall. I wish they had more of a variety of stores. A lot has changed , so many stores have closed. Theres plenty of free parking and its super close to Market Basket , Texas Roadhouse, Marshals , Toys R Us ETC

Its half empty and a shadow of its former self. Although I see they are trying to rebuild it by bringing in new restaurants and a Starbucks, The grumpy staff and dirty facility bring its quality and experience way down.

This is nice little mall, it has some good unique shops. Easy to navigate, and is always inviting. My only complaint is the venders trying to sell you phone cases, they tend to be a bit pushy but in a odd polite way.

It used to be the main shopping mail in the brockton area. However, since to closure of Macys and another womens clothing store, it feels quite empty. One is better off heading to the South Shore Plaza in stead.
