a Woburn Ma Staple for YEARS ever since it was built since the 60s wjen it 1st opened over time it has gone through major transition periods to nearly losing almost EVERY store it once had to now basically an empty former shell of itself this place at point had almost everything a normal suburban city needed everything from sporting goods convenient stores candy pet store jewelry clothing food chinese toys/gifts a now long time gone dept store (Lechmere) and i think even at some time a service merchandise! today ALL OF THIS is Long Gone! a d the only thing keeping the mall alive is Papa Ginos Marhalls the soon to be gone sports authority and a few other various stores not worth mentioning and Market Basket if you look in the parking lot there are WAYYY Too Many Crosswalks only are meant for market basket customers if you can avoid totally little to none in 15+ years here has changed and the mall is lucky it even survived nothing to see and do in/outside

The worst mall managers and management. Tried to call them so many time the man name Chris, I really dont understand how someone like him can have a management position. He has yet to call me back after I have called and left so many messages. He has no respect for his job what so ever. We were trying to lease a space for doing some business but this management is totally irresponsible and I guess do not want the business. I would recommend no one to this mall.

Its a decent local mall, very quiet. They have a nail salon, Sally beauty store, CVS, Jewelers, 2 shoe stores (DSW & Payless), 2 restaurants (Unos & Panera), I would say 2 places to buy clothes (T.J. Maxx & Talbots) a smoke shop, and a locksmith. More local and quaint than the Redstone plaza in Stoneham or the Burlington Mall.

Its a little Mall in a cluster of little malls. Its primary traction is it has a Market Basket. I dont think Ive been to any of the other stores in the mall. Four stars might seem like a high rating for a mall I dont go to but Market Basket is really that good

Its okay. Nothing special. I go for the Sarku Japan restaurant. Other than that theres really nothing there. And the parking lot for me seems really tight. Especially around the areas where people turn to get on/off traffic lanes.

Gets car-crowded mainly during lunch times & due to Market Basket being there in the same plaza. Panera Bread gets a lot of lunch traffic. The mall itself remains fairly empty. Convenient access near entrance to freeway.

Sort of a strange mall - not a lot going on inside, and some big empty swathes. But a pretty killer comic book store inside, handy Market Basket, and some really great staff in the CVS and the Sally. Very solid.

Market basket is great but the traffic pattern in the parking lot is ridiculous and extremely dangerous. A pedestrian is going to get hit. Woburn should be ashamed that they have allowed the situation there.

Weird little strip mall, but the bathrooms are clean and the panera is delicious so you cant go wrong! Unless youre one of the dozen or so stores that have set up there and then immediately closed.

Really depressing, ghost town feeling... Really tiny, impossible to park if you anything bigger than a mid-size. Once past Papa Ginos at the entrance it reall goes from sad to sader to saddest...

Relatively small indoor mall with a number of additional shops around it, restaurants etc. Good enough for a variety of needs so you dont always have to go to other bigger but more distant malls

Its more of a strip mall with TJMaxx, Payless shoes, DSW shoes, Talbots, Market Basket and CVS. Just 1 level and not too big. Parking can be challenging especially on weekends.

TJ Maxx is a good place for discounts on clothes and housewares. Several of the restaurants are good. I have yet to go into the mall proper. Market basket is convenient too.

A sad sign of the times. It might only be a matter of time before the whole mall closes. Only Unos, CVS, DSW, TJ Maxx, are doing ok. Mall kind of dilapidated

Awesome mall - they have lots to do here, including a nice Microsoft Store and the best clothing store, Primark (for college kids with college budgets).

This mall is EMPTY. At least 2/3 of Nall is vacant. The biggest attraction is TJMAX. I dont understand how its surviving.
