I wish I could put a score of less than poor, but Google wont allow it. Let me start by saying that I have been going to this salon for years and have never had a great experience. Its been "ok". Twice my hair was ruined and had to be fixed. This last deal was this past weekend. I had my hair done - partial highlight and it was supposed to be light brown my natural color and blonde highlights. I spent $200.00 plus a $40.00 tip for something I hated! My hair came out red with orange highlights! I was so upset I was in tears. I called and scheduled some time to come back in to have it fixed. Upon my return the master stylist looked at me like "what do you want" and I told her how I was unhappy as the color was not what I wanted. She proceeded to have an assistant do my toner. TWICE. First time, nothing happened. Second time I came out completely brown / red and no highlights in sight. The assistant and manager both realized it was a mess and not right and the stylist did not even come over to see if I was OK. She was gossiping in the back with a different client. I sat for about 30 mins with wet incorrect hair. I was told that she was coming and she never came. So I got up and demanded my money back. The level of unprofessionalism was out of control. I was told that the district manager would need to call me to get my $ back. Well 3 days later she called... and I explained. I was told that if I wanted to come back I could... I have spent a total of 14 hours in this salon that I have WASTED and now I have damaged hair. In addition I explained I was all set with that and I wanted my money back. She (Jennifer) told me that "usually if money is issued back that the client is no longer welcome in the salon"... SERIOUSLY! Trust me, NO PROBLEM! I will NEVER be back, neither will my friends, family, or anyone that reads my posts online. They messed with the wrong person. I work in digital marketing... I hope they like my review!!!!!

I mean I could complain about it needing more elevators. I could say it needs more food variety. But honestly even if some stores closed down due to their charges the mall its beautiful, has plenty of store options, has ENOUGH food options its a shopping center after all. Has plenty of other choices as well other then food like healthy smoothies and theirs a restaurant with a bar on the first floor. You have great hair salons to your taste of course. But overall you could grab a brand new head to toe outfit for a great low price of your a smart shopper, go get your nails and hair done, grab that last hallmark card and gift while at it. Oh your hungry grab something to munch on while your kids play in the cute play area on the first floor. Parking is free. Since it has so many escalators and stairs the elevator is never busy some ppl who dont need a elevator dont even know its their tat for us moms with strollers. I think its a nice mall with plenty of variety always has sales everywhere and its always well kept up with.

*PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW* I really enjoy Emerald square mall but their can be hand full of problems for example connecting to the wi-fi is complicated, half of the food court options are asian related and the other half is just empty fast food restuarants with workers who just seem like they wanted to something else instead ( the lady who gives free samples from charlies grilled subs can be very rude to children who come by. Another problem is that there are more kiosk stands than actual stores, and the kiosk workers always make creepy eye contact and pressure a lot of people to buy their useless products, And the mall could use more Elevators. Other than that, the only freindly workers are the ones at Hollister, Abercrombie & fitch and American Eagle. I hope Simon will do a change and consider the problem

I loved this place so much growing up as a kid. But the mall here charges so much in rent that it drives out good businesses that wed like to see at the mall. We like seeing diversity, and along with this you can notice that there are a lot of accidents waiting to happen here at this mall whether it be the stairs miraculously breaking on you and stoping. Or the elevators sounding as if itll snap at any given moment. I love this mall and its entirety but if it doesnt do something quick or change the course that its heading in Id rather have a nice Park here or even knocking it down and starting fresh.

Despite the growing trend towards online shopping, Emerald Square remains the jewel of North Attleborough. The location makes it much easier to get to and park at (free of charge) than Providence Place. The selection of stores is wonderful, with very few if any uninhabited storefronts. The major retailers have great bargains regularly. The food court could be slightly better, though most people dont specifically go to a mall for food.

Este malla o centro comercial es un excelente lugar para ir de comprar ya que por cuenta corriente excelentes tiendas en un espacio fácil de recorrer en sus tres niveles y quizás sus 300 metros o 1000 pies de largo...

I love going there and its very fun, there is an arcade and the food court is huge, there is Newburry comics (I think thats how you spell it) there are several charging stations and places to sit down and there is a playground area for 3-7 year olds (around that age) there is a Chinese food place which is pretty cheap so I recommend going they dont get enough business, they deserve more!

Pretty older 3 stories mall, elevator/escalators built in 1988. Macys, Penny, Sears are thee anchor stores. They have two plus sized stores, Lane Bryant & Torrid. They as in many malls have stores that come & go, however the mall still looks good for a 28 year old building. They have a child center in middle of mall for parents to play or reattach with their children. Nice place .

This is a good mall, Ive gone there since I was little. Yes its outdated, but its big and pretty clean. They are making updates to like redoing a lot of stores and adding a new Starbucks which will open soon. The stores are a great size. It doesnt get too packed during the holidays, Unlike Providence Place, But both are in inconvenient spots in their town. Its a good mall.

Nice looking with shops that support all budgeting needs. Also, there are multiple plus sized stores there. The kids hanging out are respectful and not causing a ruckus. My favorite mall, actually. Even parking is convenient. I cant think of a negative. Is the "Emerald" part a nod to the Jewelry history of Attleboro? I will think so and appreciate the mall some more.

Good selection of stores. Ample, easy, free parking, both in lots and in structures. Didnt see any bike racks. It is a car-centric mall. But it is easy to reach by three lines of the GATRA public transportation. Anchor stores include Macys, Sears, J C Penney. No movie theater. Has a decent food court. Three floors, with wide pretty stairs, escalators, and elevators.
