The Mall of New Hampshire is your standard run-of-the-mill mall: It features lots of different stores, a large cafeteria, a couple of places for kids to play, and seating areas for people who need to rest a bit. Alongside the several outlet stores, there are also larger stores which almost feel like their own separate buildings; Sears, JC Penny, Macys, and Best Buy. The Mall also features skylights, plenty of kiosks, a seasonal store (Or two), a convenience shop, and a couple of sit-in chain restaraunts. The Mall tends to be most busy when its raining and on weekends, so if you prefer a less-crowded environment, I recommend coming in mid-day or early morning. While many people let their kids run around the Mall, I personally do not recommend it (especially when foot-traffic is dense). Not because it isnt safe, but because you might lose them in the crowd. The Mall tends to be clean due to a hard-working staff, and mall security is diligent about keeping things under control. Overall, if you want a great place to kill some time or if youre looking for anything like a dishwasher, dinner, or a dress, I highly recommend the Mall of New Hampshire.

I am typically an understanding person when it comes to retail and restaurant workers. Been there done that, I get it. But just cause you are disappointed with your job doesnt mean you get to be less than accommodating to your guests. Its not my fault things dont ring up right, sorry you had to go check. Its also not my fault the app that has my coupons and gift card isnt working properly. And because the cashier had no patience I had to go to Customer service where I watched two associates argue about how to best take care of my situation, one suggestion to me being go back downstairs and have the rude associate ring it up correctly. My bill went from $48 to $15 when it was finally corrected. So ya, coupons are worth it! Only if the associates knew their own store policies....

I just got back from bringing my niece to get her nails filled. Not only did she need a fill but 5 of her nails were broken as well. Kevin was the nail technician and he was WONDEFUL! They are only open until 7pm on Sundays but he took his time with her making sure her nails came out exactly the way she wanted them done! I usually dont take the time to write a review because I usually dont have the time but after the wonderful service that we had received from Kevin I just had to make the time to let everyone know this is the place to get your nails done just the way you want them! I have been to so many different nail places and after today this will be the only place I will go from now on to get my nails!

The mall of new hampshire is a fairly nice mall. Of course you cant expect perfect customers in a place like Manchester. However, most of the shops theyve allowed in the mall are great! Large variety, and theres something for everybody. The large downside is the mall security (some of them), There is a rather homophobic security guard that works there. Me being in the lgbt community is bothered a tad bit by that. Just knowing that I didnt feel 100% welcomed at the mall, but for the most part it was okay. Obviously in any environment youre in youll have those people so it wasnt a huge hit on me for the review. Overall a very nice place! :)

I think the mall needs a serious upgrade. Nashua and Salem both have really high end malls and the food they have is really good. The selection is very limited and everything is far over priced in stores (because of the rent). Parking sucks too, especially if youre an employee and working a full day shift and end up parking really far away. Thats really only an issue in the winter when its -10. Also some of the intersections are extremely dangerous and Ive almost been hit because people dont realize theres stop signs at certain intersections.

Has many options located in one area. This allows me to do most of my shopping in one area without having to constantly looking for parking over and over. There are public restrooms, a food court, jewelry stores, clothing, game shop, shoe stores, places to get hair done, another to get a massage. It has make up stores, and stores with makeup including many other items. There are plus size stores and stores that carry multiple sizes including petite sections. A great place to go when hot outside.

I always seem to find what Im looking for when I come to this mall. Majority of the time I have no ideas for gifts and leave with my arms. One of the most amazing stores Ive ever been in is located in this mall called "A world Apart". Its a family owed store and the family travels around the world and brings back amazing gift ideas. Hard to explain this store but I recommend everyone visit. They also have a Cinnabons here which I love. Staff always seem helpful and lines are minimal.

Its fun to grab a coffee, ice cream, lunch or pretzel and then hit the play area for awhile. It does get hot in this area at times especially with the huge roof windows above it so makesure u have water for your kiddo. Also older kids are not allowed in here (above the height of cowboy outside play area) but they do and can be rough. Makesure you use hand sanitizer before and Def after lol. It does have a convenient changing table..I would wipe it down first tho or put dwn a matt

This is mall is small compared to the Rockingham, pheasant lane, and Burlington mall but it still has pretty much everything youre probably looking for. Unfortunately this mall seems to bring the worst crowd. Ill put it lightly by saying it seems the people from the bad parts of Manchester find their way there often... I actually witnessed best buy almost get robbed.... Twice.... In one day.... So... Take that how youd like. But, the mall is still nice and kept clean.

This mall is a large mall with a ton of stores, including an Apple store. The mall has had some recent renovations, but needs more work. The bathrooms in particular need serious updating. There old and dirty. The food court isnt bad, but could use more variety. It has 3 chinese restaurants for example, but no pizza option. If you mind driving a bit further, the Mall at Rockingham park in salem is bigger, cleaner, more modern, and has a better food court.

Living in Merrimack I had the option of both this and the Pheasant Lane (Nashua). This mall is by far my preference. Its easy to get in and out of, clean, courteous (fewer "massholes") and great variety of stores. The mall itself is one level (with some stores having two) and a continuous loop with some peninsulas. Wide aisles make navigating easy while the loop allows you to roam around and return to where you started.

The air conditioning is poor in the common areas,. There is no shade in the parking lots anywhere, the design of the common walking areas and large stores confuses you so you have trouble finding what you need , where you came in, and rest rooms are poorly marked and hard to find. The cielings in the main walking areas are glass so you need sunglasses, the roads to and from the lot are hazardous.
