this mall has definetley come a long ways in the last 10 years. used to be dinky dirty crappy selection of stores and everything else about it was just not very good. i like how its been updated and new things have popped up in the place. i mean yeah its still not very high end it has a little bit of both which makes it a good place to shop and hang out for a while the food court is still pretty much the same though that as well improved. the costumer service here is ok could be better but its good enough for this mall. easily accesible by bus and right on route 1 so its only about 25-30 mins from downtown Boston the T though however is about an hour since its only accessible from Malden on the Orange line its not bad though the ride isnt as long as it seems. bottom line its a very good place and its worth a few visits you can find some pretty good deals here which you may not find at other malls which makes this place a nice place to check out,

This was in Sears. I was downstairs and the girl at the counter had to call for a price check. "Tony" came down to see the item, went back upstairs. A few minutes later he called down to say the price of $25.99. The ONLY signage that was there said $16.99. There were SEVERAL others, and different styles of the Pillow & throw, as well as several styles of blankets. I made sure to look around for "ANY" other prices and or signs. There was nothing! After Tony called down to give the $26.99 price I went back up stairs to find a newly added sign. I WILL NEVER SHOP IN SEARS AGAIN!

This mall has been there forever. They have a large selection of stores and goods to choose from. The prices have gone up significantly but times have changed. The only reason I give this mall 3 stars its because of its choice for dining. It has an extremely small food court and there is only one actual restaurant that you can sit down and eat dinner. If youre going to shop here be prepared or be okay with grabbing a quick an unrememberable meal from their food court.

This mall is this and its a bit on the small side so if I could go to a different mall I probably would choose to but given location and the fact that this place is quite close to me I find it convenient. Every time I visit I usually check out Hot Topic and TJ Maxx. They also have a very large Macys so it has its variety of stores. Could be a lot better granted but it isnt too bad. The food court is decent but would be better with some vegan and vegetarian options.

So all Simon malls have decided to get rid of guest services?! I dont really know why, because people are now wondering the mall looking for security to pick up spills, buy gift cards, or get wheelchairs for people. Its totally nuts and its probably too save a lot of money but the experience isnt as nice as it used to be. People no longer have a person to ask for help anymore. Its makes financial sense, just not people sense.

This mall is always a popular destination. Located on Route 1 in Saugus, it can become very crowded on weekends in the summer and any day during the Holidays. There is an EZ-Pass Office located inside the mall if you need to either obtain or return a pass transponder. The food options very between Asian, Mexican, Pizza & Dunkin Donuts. The dining area is well maintained and cleaned frequently. As are the restrooms.

Its a decent Mall considering its location. Its close by and has a decent selection of stores. Its not as nice as the Burlington Mall law the North Shore Mall but it is much closer to Boston. It has a little bit of everything from Best Buy, Macys, Sears, (anchors) to Pearl, a small TJMaxx, every phone carrier. It lacks some of the nicer, high end stores that you see in the other malls but its nice for what it has.

We visited this mall recently as we had something to pick up at Sears. This place was pretty easy to get to but not that large. However, parking was easy and I found the selection of stores to be more than adequate for browsing a few hours. The place is clean and I liked how the large skylights allows natural light to light up the place. The food court was pretty small though.

I have been coming to this mall sinces ever.. I love my clothing stores. They always have different style. .. also the food at Galettos Grill is awesome.... i always go there for my plate n Salpicao Salad. Yum. Great service... n really friendly... My 1st tattoo was here at this mall like 3 years ago... im coming back this week for another one.

worst customer service ever!! i had called the store to ask what time they were opening i was told at 6 pm also i have ask if they have a certain sneaker available apparently the employee had no idea what they have in stock..an yet they did not open at 6 pm they open at 7 pm also wasted my time.. never again

Will do if you really need a mall, but the handful of quality stores barely make up for the other 75% of the mall which is made up of cheap clothing and accessories chains. Complete with a charity scam artist and puppy mill pet store with heartbreaking and potentially illegal conditions.

Sears with automobile section is there. I had to replace my tyres, booked an appointment, dropped car and went on to shopping at Macys, all in one mall. There is Best buy. Food court is good, nothing exceptionally exotic but good variety of inexpensive to moderate options.

The food there is so good with many veritys of food and many many many stors top to bottom and my favorite thing about it is they have a hot topic and I love hot topic and soon to make the upstairs of the mall in Sears a BOWLING ALLY AND EVRY THING IS GOING DOWNSATAIRS YAY

Meh. This place has always scared me. You know, it only took them about six months from groundbreaking to opening day to build that whole place? The upper deck of the parking area should make that obvious... Good collection of stores though, and a nice food court!

This is a pretty decent mall. Its very clean and has your typical mall type of stores. Plenty of parking to choose from. The food court is a little weak - I wish it had better options. I do love that there is a train ride in the food court. My son loved it!

The mall is clean, has most of the usual branf stores and many small outlets too. The food pavilion is massive and has a cute childrens toy train enclosure. Restrooms are clean and the crowd is good. The location is fairly serviced by several MBTA buses.

This mall is clutter with large Hispanic families with dozen of kids. I felt like I was at a Latin night club or a family daycare center . im used to the south shore plaza or natick collection mall . Anything away from these crowd of people.
