not good - people who answer the phone would rather you go online and find information on your own rather than just tell you what is in stock - I wish there was another store closer - this is ridiculous. One person didnt want to give me the info and made out as if they were breaking the law and one guy said its no big deal. why dont you just fire people who have no people skills. In the time she took to explain that she cannot give me info over the phone, she could have just checked the damn stock - I wouldnt let her work at my company - good luck to you.

This a nice mall, smaller than I expected! It has some good sit-down restaurants to choose from but youd find more of the quick lunch type places across the street in the plaza with Wegmans. I enjoyed shopping here on a weekday when there werent many people around, but I imagine it can get very crowded in here on a Saturday. There is plenty of parking on three sides of the mall, and you can get in and out from either direction on Route 9.

The stores there are more towards the higher price point, but they do have stores like Uniqlo that are cheaper. Parking is never an issue there, which is convenient. Not that many options for stores though and the way that area is set up, there are stores either down the street or across the road, but the distance makes it less likely that people will go there.

Definitely worth a trip as the shops and restaurant options are high quality. Be aware that depending on where youre coming from getting here can be a little time consuming. However, it is also near other shopping options (including a Wegmans) and as noted above the dining options are great for a mall (or anywhere for that matter).

This place had all of.the Best of all Stores.The have allowed you to flow and enjoy window shopping with a very stimulating atmospheric and every shop we entered we were greeted and offered assistance without feeling pressure.They had plenty of rest areas and wheelchair accessible! Loved it!

Weve visited this small mall from time to time. There arent too many shops to choose from and the shops that they do have tends to sell expensive items. Still, it is fun to browse occasionally. Ive found it a bit odd that both ends of the mall are Bloomingdales.

Awesome! Good selection and some upscale stores with good customer service. I have found many good deals (I am a bargain hunter) and it is never really crowded which is a real plus, especially if you are in a rush...

The location of this mall is great! Rt 9 is very convenient. Closest Bloomingdales to Boston. Other stores are great too, nice selection. The mall isnt too big but it has all you need, shops and restaurants.

I love this mall, it has a nice selection of stores. Good because it has a lot of designer/high end stores. Sadly it is a little small, wish they could expand. Also wish it stayed open longer.

The mall itself is a pretty standard mall, but some of the design aspects were pretty nice. Just outside Cheesecake Factory was an open circle to the second floor, which was a unique design.

Great new and updated plaza with Pepes pizza the first location in Massachusetts! Great dinning, shopping needs with lots of class. Pricey and worth treating yourself now and then.

Ive always liked this mall. Its almost never overcrowded and has great restaurant options. I have a few go to stores here where I look for sales, the high end ones I simply avoid.
