Warning: Dont go to the Brookstone store after you go to the gym, they might treat you like you dont exist because youre not dressed like a model or something. Walking away from us, to someone who came in after us, after putting all your effort into the nicely dressed couple who had already been helped before we even came to the store who also, didnt buy a thing, how did that work for you? And "nametagless guy" that walked right past us and out the store after saying you would be there in a couple minutes, five minutes before, your dunkin coffee must have been so good that you still neglected to help us when you returned. Lets see if you will regret judging people by their appearances, especially those of previously paying customers when you get that lovely call from HQ relaying my complaint. If it does not change the way you treat people then I hope being utterly disrespectful works out for you.

I love this mall and its so nice to go to a lot of my favorite stores but you would think that you would be ok and safe to just walk down the hall. Well not today on July 5th I was walking with my mom out of Lord and Taylor. Some how there was a spot of water or something that made the floor wet and slippery. I almost fell then we started to head to the closest escalator and that was near the food court and hot topic. Well guess what there was water or something on the floor again. I didnt slip this second time I fell on the ground. That did not make me happy there was no sign of wet floor or anything to say it was wet or slippery on the areas where I slipped and fell. I was talking with my mom as I fell and I am very upset. They need to pay more attention to the floors.

My family members call me a "Mall Rat" since I knew this place inside/out. I have so many memories of applying and working here for my first job(s). Im lucky enough to live in the same town as the South Shore Plaza. Unfortunately for my paycheck though I find it hard to resist all of the stores beckoning me. It has the basic departments: Macys, Sears, Lord & Taylor, Target, Nordstrom, an expanding higher end section, food court, restaurants and a variety other stores. Its a great one stop shop! I actually find the SSP less pretentious than the Natick Mall. Depending on when you go though it can get quite congested with loitering tweens and customers trying to fulfill their retail therapy. I prefer going at off hours, but really I could spend all day here!

This, by far, is one of the best malls Ive been to. Not only did it have every store I needed, there were stores I discovered, like Swarvoski( Crystal). Its so big that even though it was crowded at times, especially around the holidays, I didnt mind it. Plenty of seating on each level to rest your bags and your feet. If you bring the family, when the kids are tired of walking around and your done shopping, theres the food court, with everything from Dunkin Donuts for a hot chocolate and donut, to Johnny Rockets, where you can sit at a booth (tables too), for a malt or root beer float, burgers, fries, or dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. If your in the mood for family fun time, theres a Dave and Busters near!

Overall I have a wonderful shopping experience at the mall . But yesterday around 7:30 pm I decided to purchase some lottery tickets and a bag of ranch flavored Doritos at Hennessey News. I paid for the lottery tickets with a winning ticket. When I paid for the Doritos, the cashier overcharged me. I inquired if he added tax to a food product, he said its the delivery fee. I asked for my money back and he became really rude, and said, "dont shop here go shop somewhere else." He gave me the rest of my change, minus a penny. Theres no signs posted that customers pay for delivery fees. Im not sure how long this has been going. I plan on filing a complaint with the manager or have the city investigate.

I just returned from this place. One of my friends took us here for dinner as it is his birthday. The service was so pathetic that we waited long to get what we ordered for. Cloth napkins were brought after we asked for them. The lady who got my plate with chicken enchiladas comes from behind suddenly from nowhere and dropped the plate on the table --thudd. And just 5 minutes after this kinda service the actual waiter (another lady) came to ask if we needed box to pack where we had not even tasted the food properly. We gave 10% of the bill as tip which is actually too less for any standards but for that rudeness, we felt we were way too generous.. My french fries never came too..

As my girlfriend referred to it: "a hellscape" Im sure the whole area is submerged in a perpetual bubble of car exhaust and that your chances of getting cancer go up a few hundredths of a percent with every visit. Its the American Dream; the result of entrepreneurial spirit, the lust for money and unflinching pursuit of the status quo. What profits is good and whats good for us is good enough for everyone. I hope that the reality of scarcity some day swallows this place, that it becomes a community in itself, with schools, residences and places of work. I hope that these desperate future people remember the legacy of excess that created it, and that they never repeat our folly.

There is a great furniture store called COUNTRY MARKETPLACE there. Not only can you get brand new, awesome featured furniture there, but, you can also buy second-hand furniture for furnishing a dorm, spare room, or a place of dwelling such as a summer camp or a man-cave. A top-notch group of people work for this family-owned company which has 3 locations, the Braintree Mall being one of them. Wait til you see the tables! Theyve got hutches, beds, cabinets, entertainment centers, shelf units, nick-nacks galore, island bars, dressers; everything one could ever want for the home. I bought some furniture here and enjoy it every day! Check it out, even if youre just perusing!

I have to say the South Shore Mall in Braintree is one of the best indoor malls ever created. Despite the shooting that went on there about a month ago which is a criminal act that couldnt of been predicted and it couldve happened anywhere. The mall is totally safe with citizens that abide by the law. The varieties of stores a 2nd to none and theres plenty of parking. I always have a pleasant shopping experience when I go to the South Shore Mall and its close to Dave and busters which is a huge plus!

I like to go places during off times, and the same with this mall. This mall is quite large. It can get crowded, especially during the summer with teenagers and adults alike, but during Saturday mornings the "mall stroll" is quite pleasant. Sales are always abundant and there is a good mix of high-end to more affordable stores to shop through. Also has the only aerie dedicated store closest to Boston as other have closed down or merged with their american eagle mother store.

The workers at those little displays as your walking from store to store in the isles needs to be trained in racial sensativity and humility. One young lady basically was rude to my daughter and her friends when they asked for a sample, right after she gave one to a white female. So my wife and I walked back and put her in her place. The sad thing is we took our daughter and her friends to spend their paycheck in the mall. They lost what could of been a heafty sale.
