I only gave one star because you can not give ZERO stars! Went there today and arrived at 3:50 pm. The person signing in before us was patient number 2. After we went through the whole process of signing up via the kiosk, at the very end it said, "Sorry, we are not taking any more patients today." The rules say that you must be there 30 minutes before they close. Today it is 5:30 pm and we were signing in at least by 4pm. An hour and half, two patients and they are NOT TAKING ANY MORE PATIENTS TODAY. They give you a number to call, so I did. No help there either. What a big friggin waste of time! Not a great start to a new service CVS!

This CVS is so slow been sitting here in the drive up window for 20 minutes. Hit the button 2 times . All i get is . Someone will be with u . Damn leg is killing me so i cant walk inside .No one is in the line but me . This place sucks . Going to have all my medication moved to the CVS in La Plata Md.

I went looking for a simple item, it was missing. One thing they have was not only half the price down the street, but twice the volume. Staff sent me to the incontinence section when looking for a foot bath. And the line to check out at the one cashier was deep. Save yourself time, go elsewhere.

Pharmacy service is extremely slow. Went to their pharmacy window and sat for 1 hour waiting on them to help the car in front of us. I even called 30 minutes into waiting and they said that they were understaffed and moving slow. My stupidity for going back there again and waiting that long.

I always receive prompt service and the pharmacist is always ready to answer any questions you may have. If you get on their call list, they will call you when your prescription is ready for pick up.

Place sucks. Shouldnt have to wait over 30 minutes for a prescription in a drive through. After today I will no longer pick my medication up here. Waste of my time.

Very slow.....On hold for 22 minutes for the pharmacy. They keep picking up and putting the phone on hold. Go to La Plata CVS Much Better!!!
