WARNING!!! HORRIBLE horrible horrible experience. My Dr called to see if they could fill my medications. They said they could. So she sent them over. I walked all the way over there and waited forever and they said they cant fill it for three days. So I call back in three days only to have to jump through hoop after hoop and no one would help me to find out what was going on. I had to call 15 times over the course of the entire day and spend over 45 minutes on hold. One lady on the phone who was a manager was so rude to me. She also said she would call me back and she never did. I had to call over and over before someone finally called their distributor to find out why the meds had not arrived. They finally find out that despite what they said earlier, my meds cannot be refilled AT ALL and I have to call my Dr to have her send new prescriptions to someone else. So now I have to start this whole process again with another pharmacy and wait days to have that refill done! This is insane!! They should have just been honest with my DR at the beginning! Now Im out of meds that I really need and Im screwed. THANKS FOR ALPHA DRUGS! PS: this review is one star NOT because the distributor didnt have the meds... This review is 1 star because no one would call the distributor for me to ask why my meds didn come in, and I had to call ALL day long over and over and over just to get one person who took the time to help me. All the other people were rude and refused to help me. Medicines are a BIG deal for people, its insane that a pharmacy doesnt understand that. Get better staff that actually cares about customers and takes the time to help them and maybe you wouldnt have so many bad reviews.

I received great personal care from courteous and professsional staff. Everyone including the pharmacist and technicians were very very nice . They took care of my prescriptions , called the insurance and were on top of the problem till resolved. Usually retail pharmacies nowadays are very money and business oriented , but at this pharmacy , I felt as if family were taking care of me just like the old druggist days . Thanks to Raymonda the pharmacist there , her sense of humor made my day !!

Great service and large in-store variety of pharmaceutical medications. Fast service on orders not in stock. Plenty of comfortable waiting room seating. Free water from a water cooler. Also has a TV.
