The service in this location is terrible!!! I was there few times now. The first time, I dropped a priscription I was told that that it would be ready in 30 minutes. I go to pick it up after 2 hours. Still wasnt ready. The second prescription was called in by my doctor on Thursday of last week, today is Wednesday the following week. They still havent filled it saying there was an insurance issue, which the automated recording kept on saying there wasnt anything I had to do on my part, and the pharmacy would take care of it. After one week, the pharmacy still didnt take care of it. I am writing this while waiting on the phone for a tech for 10 mins. !!! The staff here is RUDE and exceptionally irresponsible!!!

The drive thru pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Inside is just as bad. I have waited over 30 min to speak to someone with 1 person in front of me. I have an infant and going inside everytime is hard. Youd think the drive thru would be faster or easy. Not at all. They forget about us. And make us wait for 10 minutes before even acknowledging anyone. You have to push the call button a few time. If they were the only place in town with my eldest sons medication I would not go back!

The man of Indian decent who works the pharmacy is just the most hateful person. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but the next visit was even worse. He is rude, arrogant and just a miserable person. Not a thank you or a nice word, just a scowl and short abrasive manner. Im moving my prescription solely because of him which is something I rarely do. I let a lot roll off my back bit he is so rude and hateful, I can not with good counsious patronize that business.

Im sick and tired of playing games with these ding dongs every time I go to pick up prescriptions. Although this has been a hassle for a while, this week was the final straw. Im sick of them not having prescriptions ready when they say they are, and Im tired of having them tell me they need my insurance card when I know bloody well they have it in the computer. I no longer have any need to visit the circus; I can find all the clowns I need at this Walgreen.

It took them nearly a month to fill 1 prescription! I went back over 6 times! They would blame my doctor, or insurance provider. Id call both and they would tell me everything is approved. I showed the the approval letter. No results, until I went to pull the prescription and take it to CVS. Im thoroughly disappointed in the service, and will not move any more of my prescriptions to them.

I had a fantastic experience when I went into this facility. I was met by a girl named Maryjane that was very helpful and knowledgeable on make-up and skin care. She was so nice I will travel from across town to get all of my stuff from her from now on!!!!!!!!! There still are good people on this earth, thank God.

Staff does not seems to care about customer waiting. I waited for 15 minutes out in the cold for a propane exchange on March 26, 2017. Called them three times to finally have someone come out.

Mild staff apathy. Debit card reader wasnt working properly (swiping took many tries on a card that works fine elsewhere, then an error was thrown). Had to use backup chip card.
