3 times in recent months I have attempted to pick up a prescription at the promised time. Twice the pharmacy wasnt even open, and I was told the pharmacist had an emergency and they had no idea what time it would open. The last time when it opened over an hour after the promised pickup time I was told the prescription wasnt ready and it would be at least 15 more minutes. I was going out of town and they had already made me over an hour late, so I had to go a week without my medication. The whole store is run quite sloppily, and customer service is mostly unheard of. Just a few of the employees seem to take any pride in their work.

I really like Sandy and Roxy but, they are the only reason I keep going for my torture hour. They are always short staffed and it seems like they turn over managers and pharmacy people like crazy. The retail employees are just plain rude. I feel bad for Sandy and Roxy and I know that its just a matter of time before they get burnt out and quit. Wake up corporate!

I love the service I receive from this location. They send text messages when your prescription is ready. A recent experience that blew my mind was that they just close, I needed my daughters prescription and the pharmacist Muzzmil Razvi was so supportive and gave me her medications. I just want him to know that I appreciate his service. Keep up the good work.

I really enjoy the pharmacist at this location Muzammil and Elliott do such a wonderful job caring for the internal and external customers. I have been there when they ask there teams about the classes and how the do on taking test. I have witnessed them move very quickly to fix any and all issues. I just wanted them to know that they are appreciated.

One time I went in for meds that they said would be ready in an hour. Then they realized they didnt have enough, and they could only give me a few pills, and they told me to come back for the rest. Then they lost the rest. They seem to really be trying but I never go in here without some kind of problem.

Staff is very nice. However the bathrooms are beyond disgusting and very dirty. I mentioned this fact to the pharmacist and they said that it gets professionally cleaned weekly. The dirt on the wall, floors, ceiling everywhere you look said different. For a medical area I expected more.

The pharmacy staff TRIES to make this pharmacy actually function, but due to the awful internal layout, setup of the pharmacy counter and their inability to keep staff and properly man the store this CVS is a wreck. Dont go there. Ever.

I actually had quite a good experience with the pharmacy part of this CVS. They had the drug that I needed in stock unlike most other pharmacies in the area, and the 3 people I spoke with both on phone and in person were very friendly.

I spoke with someone in the pharmacy yesterday. She answered the phone after 2 rings, answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful. This was by far the best customer service that Ive received from a pharmacy...Thank you :)

HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS PHARMACY!!!! The staff is extremely rude. The people who work in the regular CVS part are very nice, but the pharmacy is terrible and there is always a long line.
