For most things, the store is fine, but the photo printing is a complete fail. One time I waited over an hour to print a few photos off my phone, and most of the time was taken up by the person in front of me. Once I started to use the kiosk, it did not work right at first, and the people working there were no help at all. Finally, I tried to start the process over, and for some reason it worked. One main problem is that the computer must have been made in the 90s; its really, really slow. Today, I tried to order over the internet for my photos to be printed and picked up. They were supposed to be ready at 11:35, and I went a few minutes after noon, and the clerk said he hadnt gotten the machine up and running yet, and I should come back in an hour. I went back at 1:45, and they had printed a 4x6 when my e-mail confirmation said I ordered an 8x10. I will never use their photo services again.

I Went in to buy one item yesterday around 2 pm then went to the cashier to pay. She didnt even greet me look at me or say anything to me. When she rang me up she just threw the item across the counter. I did not feel welcome and she looked like she didnt want to help me. I did not get a hello or good bye , anything after she rang me up. I did not get greeted at all. Never going to this cvs ever again. Please hire more professional staff. Thank you.

They always holding conversations with each others and not with customers they dont greet you at the register, this store is horrible I dont even want to go back there, they really need some customer service training
