I wish there was a negative star. The delivery service has been HORRIBLE from the start. We did get a great deal on it on the price. The part that has been horrendous is the delivery. We were told in the store that wed be guranteed for one day only to find out on the day before (after I called because we had yet to recieve the call to set up delivery time) we were never ever scheduled and had to reschedule for 2 days later. Well being New Years Eve the day we were to get our new furniture, we had nothing to sit on for our party (we had given our old furniture away on the 30th). I was told by customer service over the phone to talk to the store manager. I go to the store, the manager isnt working. I was told my reps in the store to see the sales manager. The sales manager kept asking me several times, "What did customer service say? What did customer service tell you"? and I kept telling him that they said to come to the store. He said, "Well I cant override customer service". I finally was able to get 1/2 of the delivery charge back. I rescheduled for delivery for today. Made sure to ask for phone numbers to be changed in system and recieve an hour in advance call because now my husband and I have to work. No call. I called customer service just this morning to make sure correct # was on file, was told that it was and yet they call my husband and at the old #. Luckily he happened to answer. They said they were 45 mins out, 15 mins later he recieves a call from the dispatcher asking if we were home because the delivery truck was there!!!! My husband told them hed be there in 15 mins. He got home and they left!!!!!! At this point we arent sure when we will be getting our furniture. Absolutely disgusted with this service.

We went into the Ashleys Furniture in Rosedale area on Pulasky Highway (Baltimore, MD). We were immediately greeted by a training lead Bradley and he was very courteous. He gave us space to walk around (didnt hover) but made sure to be near in case we had questions. He also let us use his measuring tape. He gave as a good deal and worked with us on what we were looking for. This was our 1st stop anywhere looking for furniture and we had 2 more stops planned for that day yet didnt need to look further. We were assured that our furniture would arrive in 2-6 weeks. We had furniture of our own and didnt know how to get it out of our home, so Bradley gave us phone numbers of places who take your old couches at no charge. Ashleys called us a few days before the delivery date and let us know our living room set (sectional couch with chaise, end tables and coffee table) had arrived. They then called us the day before our scheduled delivery day and let us know it would be here between 9am-1pm. They called 1/2 hour before the furniture got to my front door to let me know the delivery men were on their way. They arrived and it was the quickest set up i have ever seen in my life. The were extremely efficient and polite. I saw what looked like a scuff on the end table and the delivery guy cleaned it for me and showed me it was just an easily erasable mark. It looks perfect and the customer service experience of it all is what topped it off! We walked into Ashleys on 3/21/15 and got a new living room set in our house 12 days later!!!!! Thats under 2 weeks. I was certainly expected closer to the 6 week mark and was more than pleasantly surprised. THANKS SO MUCH ASHLEYS!!!!!!! I definitely recommend going here, and if you do, go see Bradley!

I recently purchased the new Alexee bedroom set, an Ashley mattress, a dining room table and chairs, and a sofa from this Pulaski Highway Ashley location from Victor Deavers. At first I was very hesitant to purchase from any Ashley store based on some of the reviews I had come across, but I could not be happier with my new furniture! Because I have a very strong FOBO (fear of a better offer), I visited almost every prominent furniture store in Maryland. Although I found a lot of deals, Victor was incredibly genuine and was able to work with me and my budget so that I could get both the quality and the quantity of pieces that I needed to make my first home truly my own. He was very patient with me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. When I finally did order and decide on all my pieces, I found out later on that because my bedroom set was brand new, my wait time for my delivery was extended by an additional month. Instead of making me wait for all my pieces to come in so that I could use the free delivery, Victor paid out of pocket for my sofa to be delivered early so that I would not be completely without any items. When my delivery did arrive, my furniture was in perfect condition and the team of movers was very courteous and respectful, even when I asked them to move things around several times. I couldnt be happier with my new furniture and after visiting almost every other chain and local store, I can honestly say that I do not think that I could have gotten a better deal, especially for the quality and customer service displayed by Mr. Deavers.

*** Update *** 1-25-17 Both the store manager and district manager were able to assist me with getting my furniture after many attempts to find a solution. They also compensated me for my time and frustration. Though it took some time, Ashley Furniture of Rosedale has earned my business again and I greatly appreciate their willingness to work with me to find a solution that has made me satisfied with the final outcome! *** Update *** Going on week 8/9 now and I still do not have my furniture. Also, I have still not been compensation or refunded any bit for my inconvenience, false promises, and lies from this store / company. Great furniture, terrible experience. I recently purchased a new home and came into Ashley Furniture with the intent to purchase a bedroom and living room set. The sales associate told me everything was in stock and would arrive the day after I moved into my new home. Well that day came and only my bedroom set came in. So I call the store and was told their was another customer who purchased the same couch after me and their was a mix up and they sent my couch to them instead. After speaking with a manager the best they could do was give me a 1 month waiting time. It has been weeks and I have still yet to receive my furniture. Also, to add insult to injury, the delivery men put holes in my walls that I then had to go through Ashleys claim department to get repaired and fixed. That being said, if you want quality furniture, go to Ashleys, but if you want quality service and delivery steer clear.
